The second drain system part (10) comprises at least one drain conduit (13) and at least one unit (11) connected thereto and so constructed that it lacks traps preventing a flow of air therethrough. An apparatus (16) is connected to said drain conduit (13), for generating such a negative pressure in said drain conduit giving rise to an evacuating flow of air from the room in question in said building through said at least one unit (11) and through said drain conduit (13).

The heated ultrasonic treating device (6) uses the ultrasonic vibrator (15) to apply ultrasonic waves while heating organic drain passing the sump (13) with the heater (14), thereby pulverizing suspended matters and reducing the amount of SS. In addition, a treating column, where pulverized suspended matter-containing liquid is aerobically treated by aerobic microorganisms, is prevented from efficiency lowering due to clogging.

Ein derartiges Rohrleitungssystem (1) kann zur Abführung von innerhalb eines Gebäudes anfallenden Abwässern in Gebäudeinstallationen dienen und derart an Montageflächen (6) befestigbar sein, daß die Rohrstücke (2) und/oder Formstücke und/oder Verbindungsstücke weniger weit von Montageflächen (6) hervorkragen als hydraulisch äquivalent dimensionierte Rohrleitungssysteme kreissymmetrischen Querschnittes. Dadurch kann es auch zur geschoßweisen Entwässerung von Gebäuden (27) Verwendung finden. Das Rohrleitungssystem (1) kann dabei auf oder an den Außenmauern (6) von Gebäuden (27) montiert werden, indem es innerhalb von Dämmschichten (10) auf der Außenmauer (12) von Gebäuden (27) eingebracht wird und daher auch optisch nicht auffällig verläuft.

A system for controlling fluid flow between a first point and a second point on a fluid line is disclosed. The system includes the first valve located at the first point on the fluid line to permit forward fluid flow from the first point to the second point on the fluid line and for closing to prevent such forward fluid flow. The system also includes flow sensors for detecting forward fluid flow at the second point and opening the first valve when such forward fluid flow is detected. The flow sensors also close the first valve when fluid flow at the second point stops. The system further includes a second valve located at the second point for opening and closing to control forward fluid flow at the second point. The system prevents forward fluid flow if a break in the fluid line occurs between the first and second points by preventing the first valve from opening. The first valve is prevented from opening since forward fluid flow cannot occur at the second point when the second valve is opened if a depressurizing break in the fluid line has occurred.
