The transmission method comprises the following steps: a network side determines other Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols except the OFDM symbols used for transmitting control signal, the OFDM symbols used for transmitting the Cell specific Reference Signal (CRS) and the OFDM symbols used for transmitting the Demodulation Reference Signal (DM-RS), and transmitting the downlink channel measurement reference signal (CSI-RS) on the determined other OFDM symbols. The specific solution that a transmitter transmits the downlink channel measurement reference signal and a UE receives the CSI-RS signal is provided by the present invention , and transmitter could transmit and receive the CSI-RS signal according to the solution provided by the present invention.

A method for transmitting Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) information, a method for determining PDCCH search space and devices thereof are disclosed in the present embodiments. The method for determining PDCCH search space includes the following step: Node B (NB) determines the different search spaces corresponding to different PDCCHs according to Carrier Indicator (CI) information. By applying the technical solution provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the CI information is introduced in the search space determining process, so that different search spaces can be allocated to the cross-carrier PDCCHs of one User Equipment (UE) and the NB and UE are able to exactly determine the search spaces of PDCCHs in each downlink carrier, therefore reducing the blocking probability during PDCCH scheduling process and improving the reliability of PDCCH transmission.

A terminal access method is disclosed. The method includes the following steps: the terminal receives an auxiliary synchronization signal sent by a base station on a transmission resource which is chosen from an uplink and used for transmitting downlink data; the terminal calculates transmission power according to the auxiliary synchronization signal; and the terminal sends a Random Access Channel (RACH) access preamble code to the base station according to the transmission power and performs a RACH access process. In this technical solution, the auxiliary synchronization signal is transmitted in a special sub-frame selected from the uplink, which makes it possible for the terminal to obtain the channel quality information of the uplink by receiving the auxiliary synchronization signal during a cell synchronization stage, and determine the transmission power according to the channel quality information of the uplink before the RACH process occurs, thereby reducing the step of adjusting the transmission power and shortening the time of the random access of the channel.
