    摘要: A dual-motor drive assembly and a vehicle are disclosed. The dual-motor drive assembly comprises a first motor and a second motor arranged coaxially, a first gear transmission, a second gear transmission, and one or more idle gear pairs (42, 52). The first gear transmission is driven by the first motor, and the second gear transmission is driven by the second motor. The idle gear pairs (42, 52) are respectively arranged in the first gear transmission and the second gear transmission and are configured to increase a distance between an output shaft of the first motor (15) and an end shaft of the first gear transmission. By adding the idle gears, the center distance between the input shaft and the output shaft in the assembly can be adjusted more flexibly by adjusting the size of the idle gears to realize a larger center distance and make full use of the structural space brought by the larger center distance to install other components; moreover, it can be adjusted according to the space layout requirements and performance requirements of different users.

    摘要: A capacitor and power device assembly having a cooling structure is disclosed. The capacitor and power device assembly comprises an upper cover plate (1), a casing (2), a lower cover plate (3), a capacitor and power devices. The capacitor is disposed in a cavity of the casing (2), and the power devices are respectively disposed on outer sides of the upper cover plate (1) and the lower cover plate (3). The cooling structure comprises a first liquid inlet (4) and a first liquid outlet (5) that are disposed on the upper cover plate (1) and/or the lower cover plate (3) respectively. The cooling structure further comprises a first cooling passage and a second cooling passage that are respectively disposed on upper and lower sides of each of the upper cover plate (1) and the lower cover plate (3), the first cooling passage is configured to cool the capacitor, and the second cooling passage is configured to cool the power devices. The cooling structure adopts the liquid cooling mode. By providing the first cooling passage on both sides of the capacitor, the double side cooling of the capacitor is realized, and the cooling efficiency is high. Moreover, the cooling structure is also provided with a second cooling passage for cooling the power devices, so that the capacitor and power devices can be cooled simultaneously, the space occupied is small, and the structure is compact.

    摘要: An inverter junction box is disclosed. The inverter junction box comprising a casing (1), a cover plate (2) and a knockout pin (4). The cover plate (2) is detachably connected with a top part of the casing (1); one end of the knockout pin (4) is detachably connected with a bottom part of the cover plate (2), and the other end of the knockout pin (4) can abut against a protection device on the inverter. One side of the casing (1) is provided with a connecting part that is connected with an external cable. A bottom part of the casing (1) is a hollow structure and abuts against an incoming terminal of the inverter.     摘要: A mechanical unlocking mechanism for electronic parking is provided, which comprises a parking cam assembly, a pawl assembly, a parking gear (17), a pull cord assembly (5) and an actuating assembly. The parking cam assembly comprises a parking guide shaft (11) and a parking cam (13). The parking cam (13) is sleeved on the parking guide shaft (11). The mechanical unlocking mechanism according to the present disclosure provides an emergent mechanical unlocking function when the parking motor is powered off, and the driver can perform manual mechanical unlocking in the cab without getting off the vehicle, so it has high safety and good operation comfort.

    摘要: A water cooling structure of a reducer and a reducer assembly are disclosed. The water cooling structure comprises a chamber formed by a reducer housing and a cover plate, and the cover plate is fixedly connected to the chamber. The chamber is provided with a water inlet (1) and a water outlet (2) respectively. The chamber is also provided with one or several partition plates (6) on two opposite side walls. The partition plates (6) are arranged in an interdigitating manner and each of the partition plates (6) is connected with only one side wall of the chamber, and there is a gap between the partition plates (6) and the opposite other side wall of the chamber, so as to form an S-shaped water path. A plurality of baffles (4) are further vertically provided on the partition plates (6) and side walls of the chamber that are parallel to the partition plates (6), and the baffles (4) are arranged in an interdigitating manner. The water cooling structure disclosed in the present disclosure is integrated with the reducer housing into one part, and thus has a simple structure, saves space and is convenient to arrange on the vehicle. Moreover, the cooling efficiency is further improved by the above special structure.
