    摘要: An electric drive gearbox assembly with stepped hole positioning is disclosed. Specifically, the electric drive gearbox assembly comprises a first housing (1), a second housing (2) and a positioning pin (3). The first housing (1) is provided with a first positioning hole (4) on its connecting surface. The second housing (2) is provided with a second positioning hole (5) corresponding to the first positioning hole (4). The first housing (1) and the second housing (2) are positioned and connected through the first positioning hole (4), the second positioning hole (5) and the positioning pin (3). The first positioning hole (4) and/or the second positioning hole (5) are stepped holes. The stepped hole comprises a guiding section (4-1) close to an open end of the stepped hole and an engaging section (4-2) far away from the open end of the stepped hole. An aperture of the guiding section (4-1) is larger than an aperture of the engaging section (4-2). The guiding section (4-1) is used to guide the positioning pin (3) into the engaging section (4-2). In the electric drive gearbox assembly, the first housing (1) can be pre-positioned when assembled with the second housing (2), and the first housing (1) can be radially adjusted relative to the second housing (2) during pre-positioning, so as to facilitate the positioning and assembly of the first housing (1) and the second housing (2), and promote automated and batch assembly of the electric drive assembly.

    摘要: A bistable electromagnetic clutch is disclosed, which comprises a first part, a second part and an spring part. The first part comprises a yoke, the yoke is provided thereon with a plurality of iron cores (2), and an electromagnetic coil (3) is provided on each of the iron cores (2). The second part comprises a moving carrier disc (4) and a magnetic conductive disc (5), the magnetic conductive disc (5) is fixed on a side of the moving carrier disc (4) that is away from the yoke. Several magnets (6) are fixed on the moving carrier disc (4), and the iron cores (2) and the magnets (6) are provided in a correspondence relation. The spring part is configured to keep the moving carrier disc (4) and the yoke in normally separated positions. Two adjacent electromagnetic coils (3) form a group, two electromagnetic coils (3) in a same group are wound to form a group of windings with identical magnetic polarities, and corresponding two magnets (6) form a group of magnetomotive forces with identical magnetic polarities. The bistable electromagnetic clutch does not need to be powered on or consume any other form of energy both in the disengaged state and in the engaged state, and thus has the advantages of no energy consumption, no heat generation and long service life. Moreover, it has high electromagnetic utilization rate and no magnetic flux leakage.

A bottom part or a side part of the gearbox casing is provided with a number of first coolant tanks (1), the gearbox casing above a bottom part of the first coolant tanks (1) is provided therein with a lubricating liquid, and the first coolant tanks (1) are used to cool the lubricating liquid. In the gearbox casing according to the present disclosure, by providing a number of coolant tanks at the bottom part or the side part of the gearbox casing, the lubricating liquid in the gearbox casing can be cooled; by providing suspended guide ribs and fixed guide ribs in the coolant tanks to guide the flow direction of the circulating coolant, the heat dissipation contact area between the coolant and the gearbox casing is increased, blind areas where the coolant does not flow or eddies are generated can be avoided, and heat dissipation effect is improved.

The locking structure comprises a bi-stable electromagnetic clutch sleeved on an output axle shaft (1) on one side of the differential. When the low-voltage battery power supply fails, the switching circuit switches to the standby power supply system to supply power, thereby ensuring that the electromagnetic clutch is in a reasonable state and make the hybrid power system more safe and reliable.
