摘要: A power shaft structure of an electric drive assembly is disclosed. The power shaft structure comprises a main shaft (1), a right end of the main shaft (1) is located inside a motor (2) and fixedly connected to a rotor (3) of the motor (2), and a left end of the main shaft (1) is located inside a reducer (4) and fixedly connected to a driving gear (5) and a parking gear (6) of the reducer (4). At least one side of the driving gear (5) is provided with an axially extending flange, and at least one side of the parking gear (6) is provided with an axially extending flange. A bushing (8) is provided between an inner hole of one flange at one side of the driving gear (5) and the main shaft (1) as weel as between an inner hole of one flange at one side of the parking gear (6) and the main shaft (1) for radial positioning of the driving gear (5) and the parking gear (6), so that the driving gear (5), the parking gear (6), and the main shaft (1) are on the same axis, thereby improving the stability and NVH performance of the electric drive assembly.

摘要: A bistable electromagnetic clutch is disclosed, which comprises a first part, a second part and an spring part. The first part comprises a yoke, the yoke is provided thereon with a plurality of iron cores (2), and an electromagnetic coil (3) is provided on each of the iron cores (2). The second part comprises a moving carrier disc (4) and a magnetic conductive disc (5), the magnetic conductive disc (5) is fixed on a side of the moving carrier disc (4) that is away from the yoke. Several magnets (6) are fixed on the moving carrier disc (4), and the iron cores (2) and the magnets (6) are provided in a correspondence relation. The spring part is configured to keep the moving carrier disc (4) and the yoke in normally separated positions. Two adjacent electromagnetic coils (3) form a group, two electromagnetic coils (3) in a same group are wound to form a group of windings with identical magnetic polarities, and corresponding two magnets (6) form a group of magnetomotive forces with identical magnetic polarities. The bistable electromagnetic clutch does not need to be powered on or consume any other form of energy both in the disengaged state and in the engaged state, and thus has the advantages of no energy consumption, no heat generation and long service life. Moreover, it has high electromagnetic utilization rate and no magnetic flux leakage.

摘要: A control method of an electromagnetic clutch in a hybrid power system and a hybrid power system are disclosed. Besides the electromagnetic clutch, the hybrid power system further comprises an engine or motor, a motor, an electromagnetic clutch controller and a power supply system. The power supply system comprises: a low-voltage battery, a standby power supply system and a switching circuit. The electromagnetic clutch is used to control connection of the motor. The control method comprises: monitoring whether a voltage of the low-voltage battery is lower than a target value, and judging whether the low-voltage battery fails; using the switching circuit to switch to the standby power supply system to supply power to the electromagnetic clutch and the electromagnetic clutch controller; using the electromagnetic clutch controller to judge an engaged or disengaged state of the electromagnetic clutch; and further controlling the electromagnetic clutch according to the engaged or disengaged state. When the low-voltage battery power supply fails, the switching circuit switches to the standby power supply system to supply power, thereby ensuring that the electromagnetic clutch is in a reasonable state and make the hybrid power system more safe and reliable.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a stator core cooling structure and a motor cooling system. The stator core cooling structure comprises a stator core (1) and a motor housing (2). A plurality of axial grooves (3) are distributed on an outer circumference of the stator core (1) and/or an inner circumference of the motor housing (2), and the axial grooves (3) extend in an axial direction of the stator core (1) and/or the motor housing (2). The stator core (1) is assembled in the motor housing (2), and cooling liquid passages are formed between the stator core (1) and the motor housing (2) by the axial grooves (3), so that the cooling liquid cools the stator core (1) via the cooling liquid passages. In the stator core cooling structure of the present disclosure, by way of the cooling passages formed between the stator core (1) and the motor housing (2), the oil liquid directly contacts and cools the stator core (1), the contact area is large, and the cooling efficiency is high. In addition, the axial grooves (3) on the stator core (1) are formed by stamping, and the stator core cooling structure is simple, thereby solving the problems in the prior art such as long processing cycle, high manufacturing cost, and cumbersome assembly process when forming grooves on the inner wall of the housing.

摘要: A water cooling structure of a reducer and a reducer assembly are disclosed. The water cooling structure comprises a chamber formed by a reducer housing and a cover plate, and the cover plate is fixedly connected to the chamber. The chamber is provided with a water inlet (1) and a water outlet (2) respectively. The chamber is also provided with one or several partition plates (6) on two opposite side walls. The partition plates (6) are arranged in an interdigitating manner and each of the partition plates (6) is connected with only one side wall of the chamber, and there is a gap between the partition plates (6) and the opposite other side wall of the chamber, so as to form an S-shaped water path. The water inlet (1) and water outlet (2) are respectively disposed at both ends of the water path. A plurality of baffles (4) are further vertically provided on the partition plates (6) and side walls of the chamber that are parallel to the partition plates (6), and the baffles (4) are arranged in an interdigitating manner. The water cooling structure disclosed in the present disclosure is integrated with the reducer housing into one part, and thus has a simple structure, saves space and is convenient to arrange on the vehicle. Moreover, the cooling efficiency is further improved by the above special structure.
