The planar electrodes (3, 4) are touched to an affected part of a human body while being spaced apart slightly therefrom and then supplied with an electric power for the purpose of treatment. Since an electric power is supplied to the affected part of a human body by fitting the glove body (2) only to one hand, even a delicate part can be treated easily over a wide range.
