摘要: The invention relates to a vehicle braking system with a pneumatic brake booster. The invention is characterized in that a switch or sensor element (32) that senses the maximum boost force on the basis of a maximum deformation of a reaction member (6) disposed indirectly between an output element (plunger rod) (14) and a movable wall (2) by detecting the maximum approach (a, z) between the output element representing the initial force (Fa) and the movable wall or the control housing representing the boost force (Fv). Appropriate devices detect the hold time during which the above signal is applied. Only when the signal is applied during the entire hold time, a signal indicating the control point is emitted.

摘要: The invention relates to an operating unit for an electrohydraulic braking system of the 'brake-by-wire' type, in the form of a tandem master cylinder, the first and second piston of which are each pre-tensioned by a return spring against the operating direction. The first pressure chamber of the tandem main cylinder is connected to a hydraulic chamber, defined by a simulator element. The simulator element also defines a simulator chamber, containing a simulator spring, connected to a pressure fluid reservoir. A valve device is provided which opens or closes the hydraulic connection between the simulator chamber and the pressure fluid reservoir. According to the invention, an operating unit may be economically produced and easily bled of air, whereby the simulator element is formed by a simulator piston (18), and the valve device is formed from a seal (24) arranged on the second piston (3) and the opening area of a channel, which forms the hydraulic connection (23) and which is formed within the range of movement of the seal (24).

摘要: The invention relates to a vacuum pump aggregate (1), especially for a pneumatic power booster in a motor vehicle brake system, comprising a vacuum pump with a rotor (3) that is rotatably arranged in a pump housing (2), and comprising a drive, especially an electric motor, with a motor shaft (19) which, in essence, is rotatably arranged in a motor housing (20), and which transmits torque to the rotor (3). It is generally required that a vacuum pump be designed so that it can be connected to different drives. For this reason, it should be made possible, for example, to use either an already existing and fundamentally essential motor or an independent motor. The fundamental aim of the invention is to provide an aggregate that requires as little installation space as possible. To this end, the drive and the pump can be flange-mounted together as independently operable units, and at least one means for supporting the motor shaft (19) at least partially projects into the radial alignment of the vacuum pump.

摘要: The invention relates to a brake power booster for motor vehicles which comprises a booster housing (1) whose interior space is divided into a working chamber (3) and a low pressure chamber (4) by a movable wall (2). The brake power booster also comprises a control housing (7) which supports the moveable wall (2). A control valve (6) for controlling a pressure differential acting upon the movable wall (2) is arranged in said control housing. The control valve can be actuated via an actuating rod (5) by means of a valve piston (10) and via an electromagnet (22). The inventive brake power booster is characterized in that the electromagnet (22) can be controlled according to the relative displacement between the valve piston (10) and the control housing (7), said displacement being detected by a sensor (30). The signal of the sensor can be used to activate and deactivate the electromagnet in order to enable a brake assistant function which is very easy to control. In doing this, the brake assistant function can only be initiated or completed based on the signals of a single sensor.
