    摘要: Disclosed are a biodegradable polyester and the use thereof, said biodegradable polyester comprising: A) an acid component comprising the following repeating units: 40-48 mol% of terephthalic acid A1; 38.5-50 mol% of sebacic acid A2; and 2-20 mol% of aliphatic dibasic acid A3 having a carbon chain length with less than or equal to 6 carbons; and B) a butanediol. With a low content of terephthalic acid, the introduction of the aliphatic dibasic acid monomer having a carbon chain length with less than or equal to 6 carbons sensibly improves the mechanical property of the material, specifically, when storing the material in a humid environment so as to maintain the good mechanical property retention rate.

    摘要: The present invention provides a laser marking and shading enhanced PBT composition, including the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 80 parts of a PBT resin; 6 to 20 parts of a shading agent; 15 to 30 parts of a glass fiber; 0.1 to 0.5 part of an antioxidant; and a carbon black being 0.0033% to 0.033% of a weight of the shading agent. According to the present invention, in the case where only the combination of the shading agent and traces of the carbon black is adopted without the use of expensive laser marking agents, the composition has the performance of shading with a whiteness value greater than 90 and a thickness less than 3 mm, and a color difference value greater than 15 before and after laser marking. Therefore, the composition can be used in the field of preparing a lamp cup shell, a capacitor, a connector, or a relay product in lighting industry.

    摘要: A recycling process for a polyamide waste material includes the following steps: adding a polyamide waste material into a mixed solvent to obtain a solution, heating the solution to 50 °C to a reflux temperature of the solution, conducting stirring for dissolution, and then conducting decolorization treatment and filtration to obtain a polyamide solution; and adding the polyamide solution into water, precipitating polyamide as a solid in deionized water, and conducting separation to obtain recycled polyamide. The mixed solvent includes, in parts by weight, 10-30 parts of phenol and 15-40 parts of toluene. A phenol/toluene-based solvent system used in the present invention has the following advantages: firstly, the phenol in the solvent can realize "secondary" end-capping of the polyamide, so that the end-capping rate is increased, and the hydrolysis resistance, alcoholysis resistance, and aging resistance are improved; secondly, it is ensured that after the polyamide solution is added into the deionized water, the polyamide can be fully precipitated out, and the obtained polyamide has good crystallization properties; and thirdly, the phenol/toluene solvent system has low volatility and irritation, has less damage to equipment under high temperature conditions, and is environmentally friendly and free of pollution.

    摘要: Disclosed is a flame-retardant HIPS material and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following components: 90 parts to 67 parts of a HIPS resin; 8 parts to 15 parts of a brominated flame retardant; and 3 parts to 7 parts of an auxiliary flame retardant; wherein the auxiliary flame retardant is a 1,3,5-triazine compound. In the present invention, a synergistic compounding of the brominated flame retardant and the auxiliary flame retardant effectively reduces an amount of the brominated flame retardant, and a stable UL 94 (1.5mm) V-0 flame-retardant class can be achieved. Compared with the existing brominated flame-retardant HIPS, the present invention has a low halogen content, low gas, and high cost performance ratio, which avoids excessive acid gas from forming air lines on the surface of parts, has a good appearance, and can be widely applied in the field of thin-walled parts, such as office equipment, video multimedia, household appliances and the like.
