摘要: The present invention discloses a semi-aromatic polyester, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The content of hydroxyl in a semi-aromatic polyester is controlled, and particularly, the content of hydroxyl linked to aliphatic dicarboxylic acid in the semi-aromatic polyester is controlled to 17-40 mmol/kg, the content of hydroxyl linked to aromatic dicarboxylic acid in the semi-aromatic polyester is controlled to 17-40 mmol/kg, and the total content of hydroxyl is controlled to 35-80 mmol/kg, such that the compatibility of the semi-aromatic polyester with materials, e.g., polylactic acid can be significantly improved, thereby obtaining a high-strength tear-resistant film material.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a liquid crystal polyester (LCP), an LCP composition, and use thereof. The LCP includes a repeating unit of formula (1), a repeating unit of formula (2), and a repeating unit of formula (3): (1) -O-Ar 1 -CO-, (2) -CO-Ar 2 -CO-, and (3) -O-Ar 3 -O-, where Ar 1 is at least one selected from the group consisting of 2,6-naphthylene, 1,4-phenylene, and 4,4'-biphenylene; Ar 2 is selected from the group consisting of 1,4-phenylene, 1,3-phenylene, and 4,4'-biphenylene; and Ar 3 is selected from the group consisting of 2,6-naphthylene, 1,4-phenylene, 1,3-phenylene, and 4,4'-biphenylene; and the LCP has a melting enthalpy of over 1.5 J/g. The LCP and the composition including the LCP of the present disclosure have a high heat deflection temperature (HDT), and exhibit excellent heat resistance and anti-bubbling performance.

摘要: The present invention discloses a polyester, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The polyester includes repeating units derived from the following components: a first component A, based on the total molar weight of the first component A, including: a1) 81-100 mol% of succinic acid, or an ester derivative thereof or an anhydride derivative thereof, and a2) 0-19 mol% of a dicarboxylic acid other than succinic acid, or an ester derivative thereof or an anhydride derivative thereof; a second component B: 1,4-butanediol; and a third component C: a dimer(1,4-butanediol); based on the total molar weight of the first component A, the molar content of the repeating unit -CH2CH2CH2CH2-O- in the third component C is 0.05-3.0 mol%. In the present invention, the molar content of the repeating unit -CH2CH2CH2CH2-O- in dimer(1,4-butanediol) is controlled to 0.05-3.0 mol%, and thus, the resin color of the polyester can be effectively improved.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a halogen-free flame-retardant polyamide (PA) composite, including the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 50 parts of an aliphatic PA, 10 to 30 parts of an aromatic PA, 20 to 30 parts of a halogen-free flame retardant, 10 to 50 parts of a glass fiber, 1 to 5 parts of a char-forming agent, and 0 to 5 parts of an additive, where the aromatic PA is at least one selected from the group consisting of PA66/6T, PA MXD6, and PA6T/6I and the char-forming agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of dipentaerythritol (DPE) and tripentaerythritol (TPE). In the halogen-free flame-retardant PA composite of the present disclosure, the aromatic PA itself has high-temperature resistance and aging resistance and exhibits a synergistic effect with a dense carbon layer formed by the char-forming agent during aging, such that the halogen-free flame-retardant PA composite has excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, and flame retardation. In addition, the present disclosure discloses a preparation method of the halogen-free flame-retardant PA composite.
