    摘要: A glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material, a preparation method and an application thereof; the material includes the following components:
    component A: 40 parts to 90 parts of a polycarbonate;
    component B: 1.5 parts to 50 parts of a polysiloxane block copolymer;
    component C: 5 parts to 60 parts of a glass fiber;
    component D: 0.1 parts to 30 parts of a phosphorus-containing compound; and
    component E: 0.01 parts to 30 parts of a polyolefin compound.
    In the present invention, a polysiloxane block copolymer, a phosphonus-containing compound and a polyolefin compound with a specific content are selected to be added to formula of a glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material so as to ensure that the finally prepared composite material has a specific siloxane content and a specific weight ratio of phosphorus to silicon, so that the prepared composite material not only has the characteristics of excellent high modulus and high toughness, but also has excellent processing performances. Compared with conventional reinforcement modification means, the described composite material has both rigidity and toughness, and is especially suitable for fields such as automobiles, electronic and electrical industry, communications industry, and construction industry.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a polycarbonate composite material, which comprises 30-80 parts by weight of a polycarbonate; 5-40 parts by weight of an ABS; 5-80 parts by weight of a filler; wherein, based on a total weight of the polycarbonate composite material, a weight content of iron element is 0.1 ppm-50 ppm, and a weight content of copper element is 0.01 ppm-20 ppm. It has been surprisingly found in the present invention that controlling a content of iron element in the composite material between 0.1 ppm and 50 ppm and a content of copper element between 0.01 ppm and 20 ppm by adding a trace amount of iron element and copper element in the composite material, can not only avoid a pretreatment for filler powders, but also stabilize alkaline ions in a system and reduce a darkened color and a property damage caused by an introduction of a screw and other metals, so that the polycarbonate composite material prepared has an obviously improved impact strength, an obviously improved flexural and an obviously improved molding tenacity, and also it can combine the rigidity brought by the filler, having excellent molding use stability and excellent color stability.
