摘要： An iron core of a rotating-electric machine and a manufacturing method for the same permit a uniform curvature to be easily obtained over an entire circumference of the iron core. The iron core has laminated magnetic plate strips, a cylindrical core proximal portion, a plurality of teeth projecting in a substantially radial direction from the core proximal portion, and slots for accommodating a winding that are located between the teeth adjacent to each other. The iron core is fabricated by curving both end portions of a substantially hexahedral laminate so that the core proximal portion obtains a predetermined curvature, forming the entire laminate into a cylindrical shape by wrapping it around a cylindrical core member so that distal ends of the teeth project from the core proximal portion, and joining both end portions of the laminate.

摘要： An alternator includes a stator winding in which a plurality of lead wires extending from winding phase groups for each phase are connected in an alternating connection via a terminal assembly for three-phase connection, and the terminal assembly for three-phase connection is disposed at a side of a rotor to which a fan unit is fixed and opposite to the rotor with respect to an end face of the fan unit in the axial direction of the rotor, the terminal assembly opposing the top of a coil-end group of the stator winding.

摘要： An alternator includes a rotor for forming north-seeking (N) and south-seeking (S) poles about a rotational circumference, a stator having a stator core disposed facing the rotor and a polyphase stator winding installed in the stator core, and a bracket supporting the rotor and the stator, wherein the stator core comprises a laminated iron core formed with a number of slots extending axially at a predetermined pitch in a circumferential direction, the polyphase stator winding comprises a number of winding sub-portions in each which a long strand of wire is wound so as to alternately occupy an inner layer and an outer layer in a slot depth direction within the slots at intervals of a predetermined number of slots, the strand of wire folding back outside the slots at axial end surfaces of the stator core to form turn portions, and the turn portions align in a circumferential direction to constitute coil end groups.

摘要： An alternator is provided with a polyphase stator winding including a number of winding portions in which long strands of wire are wound so as to alternately occupy an inner layer and an outer layer in a slot depth direction within the slots at intervals of a predetermined number of slots, the strands of wire folding back outside the slots at axial end surfaces of the stator core, and the stator core being provided with an abutting portion extending axially such that the stator core becomes an annular shape by joining ends of the stator core at the abutting portions.
