    摘要： A stator of a dynamo-electric machine includes a cylindrical stator iron core having a plurality of slots arranged in a circumferential direction, and a stator winding composed of a plurality of conductor wires installed in the slots, the stator winding being formed by joining end portions of the plurality of conductor wires extending out of different ones of the slots at the end surface of the stator iron core, wherein the conductor wires are formed such that a conductor sectional area of an end portion over a predetermined extent in a lengthwise direction from a distal end thereof is smaller than a conductor sectional area of a main portion, and an insulating film covers the main portion and a part of the end portion in the vicinity of the main portion, and a plurality of the conductor wires extending out of the different slots are joined with their end portions arranged properly.

    摘要： A stator core is prepared into a cylindrical shape by abutting four arc-shaped laminated core divisions and welding an outer surface and an inner surface of the abutted portions. Each of the laminated core divisions is prepared by bending into an arc shape a rectangular parallelepiped laminated body formed by laminating thin magnetic plates. Second outer plate-joining weld portions are applied at positions dividing the outer surface of the laminated body into three sections, and first inner and outer plate-joining weld portions are applied to the inner surface and the outer surface in the vicinity of end portions of the laminated body.

    摘要： An alternator includes a rotor for forming north-seeking (N) and south-seeking (S) poles about a rotational circumference, a stator having a stator core disposed facing the rotor and a polyphase stator winding installed in the stator core, and a bracket supporting the rotor and the stator, wherein the stator core comprises a laminated iron core formed with a number of slots extending axially at a predetermined pitch in a circumferential direction, the polyphase stator winding comprises a number of winding sub-portions in each which a long strand of wire is wound so as to alternately occupy an inner layer and an outer layer in a slot depth direction within the slots at intervals of a predetermined number of slots, the strand of wire folding back outside the slots at axial end surfaces of the stator core to form turn portions, and the turn portions align in a circumferential direction to constitute coil end groups.
