    摘要: A method and system for managing power of a portable device is disclosed. The portable device has a plurality of device components that have controllable power settings. The device has a plurality of power profiles, each power profile referencing a list at least some of the available device components that are appropriately configured for their power needs. Sets of rules are defined having at least one criterion for selecting and executing ones of the plurality of power profiles. The criterion can be based on a device parameter from one or more device components. Once the rules and power profiles are created, the device parameters are monitored to determine if there is a match to one or more criteria for a rule. If the criteria in a rule are matched, the corresponding power profile is executed to manage battery life.

The seal body has a first sealing rib positioned on either the exterior surface or the interior surface of the seal body, the first sealing rib being integral, for example, with the seal body and projecting from the respective exterior or interior surface.
