摘要:
Provided is a water-containing fluid composition comprising a processed lysozyme and/or a salt thereof, the water-containing fluid composition having a fluorescence intensity specified below of 5000 or more, wherein the processed lysozyme and/or the salt thereof is dissolved in the water-containing fluid composition while being in contact with a polar organic solvent, and a content of the polar organic solvent in the water-containing fluid composition is 55 mass% or more and 90 mass% or less. The fluorescence intensity: a fluorescence intensity measured under conditions of an excitation wavelength of 390 nm (excitation bandwidth of 10 nm) and a fluorescence wavelength of 470 nm (fluorescence bandwidth of 10 nm), for a solution obtained by adding 25 µL of an 8 mM solution of 1,8-anilinonaphthalenesulfonic acid in methanol to 5 mL of a diluted solution obtained by diluting the water-containing fluid composition with a phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.0) to a concentration in terms of solid content of the processed lysozyme and/or the salt thereof of 0.05 mass% and a concentration of phosphate of 0.2 M, and thereafter allowing the solution to react at room temperature for 30 minutes.
摘要:
The present invention relates to a bacteriostatic agent and biocidal formulations, describing a preservative-free bacteriostatic agent containing an aqueous solution of a polyol and a dispersing agent. The polyol/dispersing agent ratio is comprised between 30:1 (weight/weight) and 110:1 (weight/weight). The bacteriostatic agent is used as a diluent in environmentally-friendly biocidal formulations.

This invention relates to methods and materials for providing a benefit to a plant by associating the plant with a complex endophyte comprising a host fungus further comprising a component bacterium, including benefits to a plant derived from a seed or other plant element treated with a complex endophyte. For example, this invention provides purified complex endophytes, purified complex endophyte components such as bacteria or fungi, synthetic combinations comprising said complex endophytes and/or components, and methods of making and using the same.
摘要:
Compositions having pesticidal activity and methods for their use are provided. Compositions include isolated and recombinant polypeptides having pesticidal activity, recombinant and synthetic nucleic acid molecules encoding the polypeptides, DNA constructs and vectors comprising the nucleic acid molecules, host cells comprising the vectors, and antibodies to the polypeptides. Nucleotide sequences encoding the polypeptides can be used in DNA constructs or expression cassettes for transformation and expression in organisms of interest. The compositions and methods provided are useful for producing organisms with enhanced pest resistance or tolerance. Transgenic plants and seeds comprising a nucleotide sequence that encodes a pesticidal protein of the invention are also provided. Such plants are resistant to insects and other pests. Methods are provided for producing the various polypeptides disclosed herein, and for using those polypeptides for controlling or killing a pest. Methods and kits for detecting polypeptides of the invention in a sample are also included.
