An engagement plate 23, formed by a notch 22 which engages the bolt 10, and is inserted and engaged between the base plate 7 and the engagement part 16, and tightly held by the elastic force of the disc springs 14, is made the female coupler 5. One of the axial joining end surfaces of the segments 1 joined together in the axial direction of the excavated tunnel is provided with an axial male coupler 31 having a joining rod 35, and the other end is provided with an axial female coupler 41 which holds in and fastens the joining rod 35. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Tübbing-Anordnung zum Auskleiden von Tunneln, bestehend aus einer Vielzahl von in Ringfugen aneinanderliegenden Tübbingringen. Jeder Tübbingring besteht aus mehreren Tübbingen, die in Betongelenke bildenden Längsfugen aneinanderliegen, wobei die Längsfugen benachbarter Tübbingringe gegeneinander versetzt sind. Um eine Verformung der Tübbingringe bei fehlender äußerer Abstützung in weichem Baugrund zu verhindern, werden benachbarte Tübbingringe in den Ringfugen miteinander gekoppelt. Das geschieht nach dem Stand der Technik mittels einer Nut-Feder-Paarung, über die die Koppelkräfte übertragen werden. Der Nachteil dieser Kopplung besteht darin, daß die zur Ableitung der Koppelkräfte verbleibende Tübbing-Wandstärke relativ gering ist. Somit kommt es auf der Außenseite der Tübbingringe sehr häufig zu einer Rißbildung, die zur Undichtigkeit der Tunnelröhre führt. Die Schadstellen müssen nachträglich mit hohem Aufwand beseitigt werden. Um dies zu vermeiden, wird vorgeschlagen, das Profil der Stirnseiten jedes Tübbings durch nur einen Absatz (5, 6) zu bilden, wobei dieser Absatz (5, 6) im Mittelbereich der Ringfuge (3) angeordnet ist.

The disclosure relates to a concrete element (10) having a corner (14) between a side face (12) and an end face (11) in which a box shaped cavity (15) is formed. A pair of U-shaped loops (18) is cast in the segment at the corner with base members (19) of the loops extending parallel to one another across the cavity to receive a fixing bolt (12) which has a head (21) and washer brackets (22) engaging behind the loops and a shank extending from the end of the element to engage in a nut similarly held in a recess of a corresponding segment for securing the segment ends together. The arrangement permits the bolt to be tightened through the cavities at the sides of the segments. The arrangement is particularly suitable for securing arcuate concrete tunnel lining segments together.

The disclosure relates to a two part cylindrical collet 10 having a head 11 at one end thereof with an encircling groove 13 around the head in which a ring ring 14 is located to hold the parts of the collet together. The collet has a tapered bore 15 which receives a tapered pin 17 to expand the collet. In order to hold the pin in the collet, the bore is formed with a succession of annular steps 16 along its length and the pin 17 is formed with a similar series of annular steps 18 to inter-engage with the steps 15.
