The invention concerns redispersable cross-linkable dispersion powders made from water-insoluble copolymers of ethylenically unsaturated monomers plus, optionally, additives such as protective colloids and anti-blocking agents. The dispersion powders are produced by a) emulsion polymerization, at a pH of 2 to 9, of a mixture containing one or more comonomers from the group comprising vinyl esters of branched or unbranched alkylcarboxylic acids with 1 to 18 C-atoms, methacrylic acid esters and acrylic acid esters of branched or unbranched alcohols with 1 to 18 C-atoms, olefins, dienes, aromatic vinyl compounds and vinyl halides plus 0.05 to 15.0 % by wt., relative to the total weight of the comonomer mixture, of one or more silicon compound of general formula CH2=CH-(CH2)m-SiR(OR')2 in which m = 0 to 8, CH2=CR''-CO2-(CH2)nSiR(OR')2 in which n = 1 to 6, (I) or (II) and b) spray-drying, at a pH of 4 to 8, the aqueous copolymer dispersion thus obtained, with an outlet temperature of 55 to 100 °C, adding the optional additives before or after drying.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Ethylenerzeugung aus einem Kohlenwasserstoffeinsatz, wobei der Kohlenwasserstoffeinsatz einer Spaltung unterzogen wird, das so erzeugte Rohgas eine Quenchung mit Wasserwäsche, eine Rohgasverdichtung und eine Rohgastrocknung und -vorkühlung durchläuft und in einen Zerlegungsteil geleitet wird, im Zerlegungsteil eine C2/C3-Trennung des vorgekühlten Rohgases in einen C2 minus-Strom und in einen C3 plus-Strom erfolgt, besagter C2 minus-Strom über eine C2-Hydrierung geleitet und besagter C3 plus-Strom mit Hilfe einer C3/C4-Trennung in einen C3-Strom und in einen C4 plus-Strom zerlegt wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird bei der Inbetriebnahme des Verfahrens zeitweise Fremd-Ethylen und/oder Fremd-C3 der Rohgasverdichtung zugeführt, außerdem ein Strom aus der C2-Hydrierung und ein C3-Strom aus der C3/C4-Trennung zusammengeführt und als ein erster Recyclestrom vor die Rohgasverdichtung zurückgeführt.

The invention relates to a method which includes the following steps: forming an expanded intermediate recirculation current (170) from a liquid (112, 128) obtained during an upstream cooling step and/or intermediate cooling step, upstream from the downstream cooling step; circulating the intermediate recirculation current (170) at least through an upstream heat exchanger (42) in order to cool an upstream stream of cracked gas (102); and injecting the reheated intermediate recirculation stream (170) back into a raw cracked gas (20) upstream from at least one compressor (36, 38) of a cooling and compression stage (24). The upstream, intermediate and downstream cooling steps are performed with no heat exchange, respectively, of an upstream stream of cracked gas (102), an intermediate stream of cracked gas (114) and a downstream stream of cracked gas (140) with an external cooling cycle, such as an ethylene cycle.

The invention relates to a method for dehydrating an ethanol feedstock into ethylene, comprising: (a) a step of preheating said ethanol feedstock via heat exchange with the effluent from step (e), (b) a step of pretreating the ethanol feedstock in order to obtain a pretreated ethanol feedstock, (c) a step of vaporising, in an exchanger, a vaporisation feedstock comprising said pretreated ethanol feedstock and at least a portion of the treated water stream recycled in step (h), in order to obtain a vaporised feedstock, (d) a step of compressing said vaporised feedstock in order to obtain a compressed feedstock, (e) a step of dehydrating said compressed feedstock in at least one adiabatic reactor, (f) a step of separating the effluent from the last adiabatic reactor of step (e) into an ethylene-containing effluent and a water-containing effluent, (g) a step of purifying at least a portion of the water-containing effluent from step (f) and separating at least one treated water stream and at least one non-converted ethanol stream, (h) a step of recycling at least a portion of the treated water stream from step (g) upstream of step (c).
