To provide an insertion-hole blockage-rate evaluation system, an insertion-hole blockage-rate evaluation method, and an insertion-hole blockage-rate evaluation program that can easily assess a blockage rate of an insertion hole (21) of a steam generator. An insertion-hole blockage-rate evaluation system according to the present invention is applied to a heat exchanger that includes a heat transfer tube (12) and a tube support plate (17A-17G) having an insertion hole (21) formed therein for inserting the heat transfer tube (12) therethrough, where the insertion hole (21) has a plurality of gaps (22) formed in a circumferential direction thereof when the heat transfer tube (12) is inserted therethrough. The tube support plate (17A-17G) is displayed in a three dimensional manner in an elliptical diagram with a ratio between a long axis and a short axis being in a range from 1.0 to 2.0 inclusive, each of the tube support plates (17A-17G) is serially arranged so as not to overlap on each other, and the insertion-hole blockage-rate evaluation system includes an imaging process of color-coding and displaying the diagram displayed in the three-dimensional elliptical shape according to a value of a blockage rate of the insertion hole (21) acquired by checking the blockage rate of the insertion hole (21).

The invention also proposes a cleaning control device, a cleaning method and a method for operating a combustion plant. The invention permits a considerable reduction in the cleaning expenditure, so that maintenance costs can be kept low.

Ein auf der Rußbläserlanze (8) aufgestecktes Gleitblech (7) dichtet das Langloch (6) des Rußbläserkastens (5) dadurch ab, daß neben einer auf eine Hülse (14) mit Packungsring (15) drückenden Ringfeder (13) an der Innenseite des Gleitbleches (7) eine keramische Faserplatte (9) in einem umlaufenden Profilrahmen (10) befestigt ist. Die Rohre des Rohrkäfigs (3) sind innerhalb des Rußbläserkastens (5) als ausgeknickte Rohre (17) mit Ankern (19) für die Halterung von ff-Material (21) ausgebildet. Um die ausgeknickten Rohre (17) ist zusätzlich eine Folie (18) gewickelt, die an eine keramische Fasermatte bzw. Glaswolle (20) grenzt.
