Abstract: Provided in the present invention are an optical signal processing method and system, a continuous blood-pressure measurement method, an electronic device, and a medium. The optical signal processing method comprises: by using a spectrum analyzer, accessing an optical signal to be processed, wherein the spectrum analyzer outputs a first wavelength range of said optical signal; performing primary filtering on the first wavelength range on the basis of a preset red light wavelength threshold value, so as to obtain a second wavelength range; acquiring a plurality of groups of pre-collected ambient light wavelength ranges, respectively acquiring upper limit values and lower limit values of the plurality of groups of ambient light wavelength ranges, performing weighted calculation on the basis of a plurality of upper limit values to obtain a filtering upper limit value, performing weighted calculation on the basis of a plurality of lower limit values to obtain a filtering lower limit value, and constructing a filtering wavelength range on the basis of the filtering upper limit value and the filtering lower limit value; performing filtering again on the second wavelength range on the basis of the filtering wavelength range, so as to obtain a target filtering range; and performing filtering on said optical signal by using the target filtering range, so as to filter ambient light out of said optical signal.
