摘要: The present invention relates to a method of relatively fast and soft, selective and sensitive detection of the herbicide glyphosate using plasmon-enhanced Raman spectroscopy mediated through chemical modification of the glyphosate molecule which is catalyzed by silver plasmonic nanoparticles. Chemical reaction, the aim of which is to appropriately modify the chemical structure of the herbicide molecule in such a way that the modified molecule demonstrates a significantly higher affinity towards nanoparticles, and thus be detected even at low concentrations, is based on the chemical reaction of glyphosate and carbon disulfide under alkaline conditions. Subsequently, for the detection of the molecule, it is also necessary to ensure both the presence of nanoparticles and an acidic environment. The presented method is developed for the detection of glyphosate in samples in an aqueous environment. The invention also relates to the use of the mentioned method and a kit to carry out the method.
