摘要： An arrangement for feeding banknotes to a storage space comprises command means for externally controlling the functions of the arrangement, detecting means for detecting and examining sequentially transported banknotes and for internal control of the transport of the banknotes, a collecting location for banknotes which pass the detecting means sequentially in series, and a plurality of storage locations each having an individual infeed means, the infeed means together forming a part of a transport path. The arrangement includes transport means (23) for transporting a bundle of banknotes in the collecting location (22) either to an outfeed opening (62) or to a feed means (24) on the input side of the aforementioned part of the transport path. The transport means (23) includes a roller chain (230) having a gripping means (231) for transporting documents to the transport path, and a toothed arm (232) which co-acts with the roller chain (230) for transportation of documents to the outfeed opening (62). The feed means (24) has a lifting device (241) for rapidly lifting a bundle, e.g. 100 banknotes, and thereafter for lifting the bundle to an extent corresponding to the banknotes fed to the transport path.

摘要： Apparatus for assembling sheets into a stack, the apparatus comprising a stacking station having two laterally spaced guide elements (25A, 25B) defining first and second guide surfaces fixed relatively to one another. First and second transport systems (2, 3; 9, 11, 12) define respective first and second paths, the first transport system being adapted to transport sheets along the first path to the stacking station (24) and the second transport system being adapted to transport sheets in both directions along the second path between positions upstream and downstream of the stacking station (24). The guide elements (25A, 25B) are movable between first and second positions (25', 25). In the first position sheets fed along the first and second paths from positions upstream of the stacking station (24) are guided along respective ones of the first and second guide surfaces past the guide means to a position downstream of the stacking station in the second path. In the second position the guide elements (25A, 258) enable sheets in the second path to be moved between positions upstream and downstream of the stacking station (24) along the second path guided by the second surface and prevent sheets from passing into the first path. A microprocessor (31) controls operation of the first and second transport systems and the position of the guide elements (25A, 25B) such that when the guide elements are in the first position, the speeds of the first and second transport systems are controlled whereby sheets fed along the first and second paths from upstream of the stacking station (24) are assembled together in a stack in the second path downstream of the stacking station.

Um eine einfache und feilfühlige Anpassung der Wicketer-Stapelstation an einen Versatz der Bahn zu ermöglichen, ist das die routierenden Transportarme (5) lagernde und den Anfang der Stapelstrecke aufnehmende Wicketer-Gestell (3) mit mindestens einer auf Rollen (23) oder Gleitflächen eines Tragrahmens (22) abgestützten Querschiene (20, 21) versehen. Weiterhin ist das Wicketer-Gestell (3) mit seinem das Ende der Stapelstrecke aufnehmenden Endgestell (17), das längsverschieblich und um kleine Winkel drehbar auf dem Grundrahmen (32) abgestützt ist, durch einen Träger (18) verbunden. 摘要： A strapping apparatus (100) is provided for strapping a stack (S) of sheet documents. The apparatus comprises: a strap feeder (160) adapted to feed a length of strap material (M) into the strapping apparatus; a guide channel (110) arranged to receive the leading edge of the strap material from the strap feeder, to guide the leading edge around a stack receipt zone (101) and to overlap the leading edge with an upstream portion of the strap material, resulting in overlapping portions of strap material in an overlap region of the guide channel, so as to form a closed loop of strap material around the stack receipt zone, the stack receipt zone being configured to accommodate a stack of sheet documents in use; a sealing unit (120) adapted to join the overlapping portions of the strap material to one another at a joining point; and a cutting unit (130) for cutting the strap material upstream of the joining point. The invention also provides a stacking apparatus (50) for forming stacks of sheet documents.
