A panel comprises a porous metal plate which has a plurality of holes used for display cells and made correspondingly to the positions where a first linear electrode group and a second linear electrode group intersect at given intervals, and a front glass plate. The diameters on the display side of the holes of the porous metal plate is larger than those of the back side, and the openings on the back side of the holes are closed with a molten inorganic dielectric substance to seal them hermetically; hence a thin, light and easily-assembled plasma display panel is provided.

A paste for dental glass ionomer cement, containing powdered glass, a water-soluble polymer and water, and a kit comprising said paste and an aqueous solution of polycarboxylic acid. Since the powdered glass is present in pasty form, the paste is advantageous in that: 1) the paste can be accurately weighed because a constant rate discharge device is available, 2) the paste can be kneaded with the polymer solution very readily in a short time, so that a sufficient treatment time is available, 3) a homogeneous mixture is available because there occurs no aggregation of the powder due to moisture absorption, and 4) the treatment room can be kept clean because the powdered glass does not scatter during the treatment.
