摘要： A membrane comprising a base layer (A) and a top layer (B), where the base layer (A) comprises a heterophasic composition (I) containing the following polymer components, all percent amounts being by weight: a) 10-40% of a propylene homopolymer, or copolymer containing over 85% of propylene, and having a fraction insoluble in xylene at room temperature greater than 80%; and b) 60-90% of one or more α-olefin/ethylene copolymers containing less than 40% of ethylene and having solubility in xylene at room temperature greater than 70%; the amounts of (a) and (b) being referred to the total weight of (a) and (b); and the top layer (B) comprises one or more of a homopolymer and copolymer(s) of propylene containing from 65 to 99% by weight of propylene; said top layer (B) being at least partially bonded to the base layer (A).

摘要： A solution process for polymerizingone or more α-olefins of formula CH2=CHR, where R is H or an alkyl radical C1-12,to produce a polyolefin soluble in the reaction medium, the process comprising: a) polymerizing said one or more α-olefins in a solution phase in the presence of a polymerization catalyst and a inert solvent having a vapor pressure lower than 100 kPa at 20°C; b) separating the produced polyolefin from the unreacted monomers and the inert solvent by means of a sequence of at least three volatilization chambers operating at a decreasing pressure, the second devolatilization chamber being operated at a pressure from 0.8 to 5 bar.

摘要： A process for the gas-phase polymerization of α-olefms carried out in two interconnected polymerization zones, wherein the growing polymer particles flow through the first of said polymerization zones (riser) under fast fluidization conditions, leave said riser and enter the second of said polymerization zones (downcomer) through which they flow downward in a densified form, the process being characterized in that: (a) the gas mixture present in the riser is totally or partially prevented from entering the downcomer by introducing into the upper part of said downcomer a liquid stream LB having a composition different from the gaseous mixture present in the riser; (b) the ratio R between the flow rate Fp of polymer circulated between said downcomer and said riser and the flow rate LB of said liquid being adjusted in a range from 10 to 50.

The said copolymers comprise from 10 to 50%wt of ethylene and are characterized by: product of the comonomer reactivity ratio r1•r2 ≤1.5; absence of 2,1 propylene insertions and tensile strength at break higher than 4 Mpa.
