摘要: The present invention provides a heat-insulating container and a method for manufacturing the same which make it possible to lower manufacturing costs, and to obtain a sufficient heat-insulating effect, and which are also suitably used in a limited installation space such as an engine compartment or the like. The present invention is a heat-insulating container for storing and maintaining a temperature of a liquid, comprising an inside container (1) having inlet and outlet opening part (5) for the liquid, and a sheet-form outer covering (3) which accommodates the inside container (1). A heat-insulating material (2) is sealed between the outer covering (3) and the inside container (1), and a heat-insulating space in a state of reduced pressure is formed between the outer covering (3) and the inside container (1), flange parts are formed on the liquid inlet and outlet openings of the inside container (1), the outer covering (3) and the inside container (1) are joined by the flange parts. The resulting heat-insulating container has exceptional heat-insulating properties and can be used in a limited space.

摘要: A fuel cell separator is produced by forming a fuel cell separator resin composition including, as essential components, (A) an epoxy resin; (B) a curing agent; (C) a curing accelerator; and (D) a carbon material, in which the content of the (D) is 50 to 85% by mass based on the total amount of the composition, in which the (D) includes high crystalline artificial graphite having an average particle size of 100 µm or more and less than 150 µm in an amount of 5 to 100% by mass based on the total amount of the (D), and in which the content of the (C) is 0.1 to 20 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the (B). The resin composition is excellent in electric conductivity and fluidity and contains little impurities, and can provide a fuel cell separator which is excellent in electric conductivity and dimensional accuracy, and has no fear of causing deterioration in performance of a solid electrolyte.

摘要: The present invention relates to a sealing device for a rotary adsorber which includes an end surface (M) of a rotor (101) on which at least an adsorbing zone (S) and a recycling zone (U) are defined. The sealing device comprises a rod member (109) fixed to a case (102) in which the rotor (101) is rotatably accommodated, a coil spring (111) enclosing the rod member (109) and an incombustible sealing material (105). The sealing material (105) is mounted to the rod member (109) so as to be movable along the rod member (109) while being urged by a resilient force of the coil spring (111) toward the end surface (M) of the rotor (101), and to be slidable with respect to the end surface (M) of the rotor (101). The present invention further refers to a sealing method of preventing mutual interference of air in a rotorary adsorber as described above, by arranging a sealing material between the adsorbing zone (S) and the recycling zone (U). The sealing method comprises particularly a step of mounting the sealing material (105) to a rod member (109) fixed to the case (102) in which the rotor (101) is rotatably accommodated and enclosed by a coil spring (111) so as to be movable along the rod member (109) and to be slidable with respect to the end surface (M) of the rotor (101) while being urged by a resilient force of the coil spring (111) toward the end surface (M) of the rotor (101).

摘要: A method for processing an organic solvent-containing air is disclosed. The method can be operated in spite of a rapid fluctuation of the concentration of the organic solvents in the air to be processed, specifically, the method does not increase the organic solvent content in the air to be emitted into the atmosphere after processing, even if the concentration of the organic solvents rapidly changes. The method comprises carrying out simultaneously and continuously an adsorbing-removing step, a regenerating step, and a combustion step, while mixing a purified air produced in the adsorbing-removing step with an exhaust gas from a combustion furnace produced in the combustion step, and decomposing the organic solvents in the mixture by oxidation.
