摘要:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a positive electrode that is made up of a composite material containing at least one active positive electrode material made of iron and phosphate and at least one water-soluble polymer having ionic conduction properties in the presence of a lithium salt, said method comprising at least one step for mixing ingredients of the composite material through extrusion so as to obtain an extruded composite material and wherein said extrusion step is carried out by means of a co-kneader or extruder in the presence of an aqueous solvent and at a temperature from 20° to 95° C. The invention also relates to the positive electrode obtained according to said method, to the use of said electrode for manufacturing a lithium battery, and to the lithium battery having such electrode built therein. The electrode is particularly characterized in that it contains a level of active material greater than 60 wt %.

The invention relates to a copolymer of ethylene oxide or propylene oxide and of at least one substituted oxirane bearing an ionic group. The copolymer is characterised in that the chain thereof comprises repeating units -O-CH2 CH(-CH2-O-SO3-Li+)-, repeating units -O-CH2- CHR-, in which R is H or CH3, and, optionally, repeating units -O-CH2-CH(-CH2R')-, in which R' is a functional group. The invention can be used to produce an electrolyte in electrochemical devices, selective membranes, reference membranes.

The invention relates to the development of an electrochemical device including a lithium salt/polyether electrolyte film between two films forming the cathode and the anode, respectively. The method of the invention involves assembling a multilayer structure consisting of the current-collecting carrier, the cathode-forming film, the electrolyte-forming polyether film and the anode-forming film. The cathode and/or anode films are made of a composite material containing the lithium salt. The polyether film is lithium salt-free. The assembled device is allowed to rest for long enough to enable the lithium salt in the cathode and/or the anode to be dispersed throughout the polymer film.
