摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of solid-state batteries and discloses a dry electrode, a preparation method thereof, and a solid-state battery. The dry electrode comprises an active material, an inorganic solid electrolyte, a conductive agent, a eutectic electrolyte and an optional binder, wherein the eutectic electrolyte is filled in voids between particles of the dry electrode. The present disclosure utilizes the eutectic electrolyte having a characteristic of high phase transition to liquefy the eutectic electrolyte at high temperature at an electrode interface, to enable the eutectic electrolyte to permeate between a cathode and an electrolyte or between a anode and an electrolyte, in order to form a liquid phase eutectic electrolyte with certain ionic conductivity, the liquid phase eutectic electrolyte is then solidified at room temperature to fill voids between solid particles so as to modify the voids of the interface and solve the problem of interface contact. In addition, the eutectic electrolyte has certain ion conductivity, and its ion conductivity performance is better than that of other phase transition materials.

摘要: La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une électrode de référence, directement fonctionnelle au sein d'une cellule d'un système de stockage électrochimique, comprenant au moins les étapes consistant en :
(i) disposer d'au moins un matériau électro-actif dont la réaction rédox associée présente un potentiel électrochimique constant à des états de charge intermédiaire ;
(ii) obtenir, par réaction chimique à l'aide d'au moins un agent oxydant et/ou d'au moins un agent réducteur, le matériau électro-actif dans un état de charge intermédiaire ; et
(iii) formuler ledit matériau électro-actif obtenu à l'issue de l'étape (ii) au sein d'une électrode, pour former ladite électrode de référence.-

摘要: Provided are a cathode active material including lithium transition metal phosphate particles, wherein the lithium transition metal phosphate particles include a first secondary particle formed by agglomeration of two or more first primary particles, and a second secondary particle formed by agglomeration of two or more second primary particles in the first secondary particle, and a method of preparing the same. Since the cathode active material according to an embodiment of the present invention may include first primary particles and second primary particles having different average particle diameters, the exfoliation of the cathode active material from a cathode collector may be minimized and performance characteristics, such as high output characteristics and an increase in available capacity, of a secondary battery may be further improved. In addition, since the first secondary particles are porous, the secondary particles are collapsed and fractured due to rolling when used in a cathode. Thus, a spring back phenomenon may be reduced, and as a result, adhesion and processability may be further improved.

摘要: An electrode material comprising (a) a polymeric binder, (b) a lithium-based electrochemically active material, and (c) an electrically conductive filler; wherein the polymeric binder comprises one or more sulfur-based functional groups; and wherein the electrode material is characterized by a binding energy between the one or more sulfur-based functional groups and the lithium-based electrochemically active material of from about 0.3 eV to about 2.5 eV. A method of making a battery electrode comprising (i) mixing a lithium-based electrochemically active material, an electrically conductive filler, and a polymeric binder to form an electrode material, wherein the polymeric binder comprises one or more sulfur-based functional groups, and (ii) contacting the electrode material with a current collector to form the battery electrode.

The cathode material is a defective crystalline lithium transition metal phosphate of a specific chemical form. The material can be synthesized in air, eliminating the need for a furnace having an inert gas atmosphere. Excellent cycling behavior and charge/discharge rate capabilities are observed in batteries utilizing the cathode materials.
