    Abstract: A signal transmission method, signal reception method and apparatuses thereof. A solution where a terminal equipment transmits an uplink signal by using a spatial domain transmission filter after beam failure recovery is successful is provided, in which reliability of the terminal equipment in transmitting an uplink signal is improved. In addition, the solution has a wide range of applicability, and is not only suitable for scenarios where beam failure occurs in an SpCell, but also in scenarios where beam failure occurs in an SCell. In a multi-carrier scenario, this solution may correctly indicate the spatial domain transmission filter used by the uplink signal of the first cell, and avoid incorrectly indicating the spatial domain transmission filter used by uplink signals of other cells. Furthermore, this solution also accurately stipulates a starting point of the period of time, which avoids unnecessary errors in reception and transmission caused by inconsistent understanding of the period of time by the terminal equipment and the network device.

With this method, the terminal equipment may transmit an uplink signal by using a suitable spatial domain transmission filter in a case where an uplink beam is not determined according to the configuration of the network device.
