    摘要: A service valve circuit in a hydraulic excavator having a predetermined actuator operation valve and which is connected for operating a special attachment. A confluence valve (17) which effects electromagnetic proportional flow-rate control is provided in a confluence circuit (16) that makes communication betwen the inflow circuits (3F, 3R) of two variable pumps (2F, 2R). There are further provided an electric switch (21) which turns on or off the confluence valve (17) depending upon a required flow rate, and a volume (22) which adjusts the flow rate after passing the confluence valve (17) over a range of a maximum of 1 to 2 pumps depending upon the required flow rate. The necessity of confluence for the flow rate required by the special attachment (e) or the confluent flow rate is set in advance to eliminate excess or lack of confluent flow rate. Therefore, there is no need of adjusting the flow rate depending on the number of revolutions of the engine, and no delay develops in the operation even when the operation of special attachment is switched into the turning operation or the running operation.

    摘要: A position measuring device that is capable of detecting the position of an underground excavator with ease and accuracy, especially its position on the horizontal plane, when excavating the underground by a shield machine, etc. For this purpose, it is provided with a transmitter (10) that generates an alternating current magnetic field and consists of at least two sets of cables (10a, 10b), a receiver (30) that receives the magnetic field, and a computing unit (60) that discriminates a received signal and computes the position of the underground excavator (20). The cables (10a, 10b) are installed crossing each other nearly at right angles. The receiver (30) is constituted of two sets of magnetic field detecting elements (S1, S2) installed crossing each other nearly at right angles and supported by a receiver supporting device (40) that turns so that these elements always maintain a specified angle to the two sets of cables.

    摘要: In a construction wherein an electronic pressure regulating valve (31 ∩ 36) is connected individually to each clutch of a two-stage transmission, i.e. main transmission (1st, 2nd, R, 4th, 3rd) and subtransmission (L, H) and each clutch can be controlled independently by a controller (10), the present invention cuts off the supply of an oil pressure to a transmission clutch for a present speed stage on the basis of a transmission instruction when the present speed stage is shifted down to the next stage at the time of power-ON, operates the pressure regulating valve so as to start the supply of the oil pressure to this transmission clutch at the point of time when the relative number of rotations at the transmission clutch for the next stage transmission becomes zero, then increases gradually the supply oil pressure after confirmation of the end of filling time to this transmission clutch, and thus prevents offensive feeling due to the speed change shock applied to an operator in whichever state the acceleration operation quantity and the brake operation state may be. In the shift-down operation involving the operations of the transmission clutches of both main and sub-clutches, a torque-OFF time is not provided to the sub-transmission clutch but the supply of the oil pressure to the clutch for the next stage transmission is started immediately so as to make the gradually increasing supply of the oil pressure. After this clutch is meshed, the gradually increasing supply of the oil pressure to the main transmission clutch is made after the filling time described above is over, and offensive feeling due to the transmission shock is prevented.

    摘要: A counterbalance valve provided in a hydraulic circuit to drive a hydraulic motor used for the travel device of a construction machine, and is capable of stopping the hydraulic motor in a short period of time while preventing cavitation and decelerating the motor without shock. Form implementing the above-said function, the valve proper (20) is provided with a spool (26) to allow ports (22, 23) on the sides of first and second pumps to communicate with or to be cut off from other ports (24, 25) on the sides of first and second motors, respectively. A structure provided is such that the spool is held in the neutral position with the spring force, displaced to the first position at which the port (23) on the side of the second pump communicates with the port (25) on the side of the second motor by pressure oil in the pressure receiving chamber (28) on the left side, and displaced to the second position at which the port (22) on the side of the first pump communicates with the port (24) on the side of the first motor by pressure oil in the pressure receiving chamber (29) on the right side, in which a plurality of throttle holes (37, 38 and 39) are formed between the pressure receiving chamber (28) on the left side and the port (22) on the side of the first pump as well as between the pressure receiving chamber (29) on the right side and the port (23) on the second pump so as to allow these ports to communicate with each other. An area produced by the throttle holes communicating with each other is maximum when the spool is in the first and second positions, minimum when the spool is slightly displaced toward the neutral position, and medium between the both when the spool is displaced further toward the neutral position.
