    the measurement is carried out by loading a container (capacity: 100 ml, outer diameter: 55 mm, height: 70 mm) containing 50 g of cyclohexane at 25°C with 3 g of a test substance; rotating fan type stirring blades with 38 mm diameter at a rotation speed of 100 rpm; and measuring the time taken for the test substance to be dissolved.
