摘要: A resin structure (10) includes a first structural portion (20) and a second structural portion (30). The first structural portion (20) includes a characteristic design surface (10S) and structures an end portion at a side of the resin structure (10) at which the characteristic design surface (10S) is disposed. An orientation direction of fibers in a first pattern portion (22) of the first structural portion (80) differs from an orientation direction of fibers in a second pattern portion (24, 26). The second structural portion (30) includes a region disposed at the opposite side of the first structural portion (20) to the side at which the characteristic design surface (10S) is disposed. Fibers contained in the second structural portion differ in fiber width from the fibers contained in the first structural portion (20). A portion of the fibers contained in a region of the second structural portion (30) superposed with the first structural portion (20) are configured to be visible through the resin of the first structural portion (20).

The eggcrate and interim working surface are welded or otherwise connected together to form a unitary base mold. The CF overlay is bonded to the interim working surface. The CF overlay is easily reconfigurable and can be replaced without destroying the integrity of the base mold.

摘要: A dry, fibrous tape for use in an automated placement process such as ATL or AFP and a preform produced therefrom. The preform is configured for resin infusion. The tape contains a layer of unidirectional fibers, at least one nonwoven veil bonded to one side of the fiber layer, and at least binding materials present within the tape. The preform produced from laying down such tape exhibits a low-bulk property that is close to the final thickness of the cured fiber-reinforced resin article and no further consolidation or compaction is required.

Provided is a fiber-reinforced resin material molding comprising: a fiber bundle prepared by bundling a plurality of reinforcing fibers; and a matrix resin, wherein a coefficient of variation in fiber content of the reinforcing fibers per unit zone of 0.1 mm square on a cut face along a thickness direction is 40% or less.
