摘要: The invention relates to a semiconductor-based component having radiation-emitting properties. A glass substrate (1) is provided comprising a first surface (2) and a second surface (1), wherein a semiconductor element (5) having radiation-emitting properties is accommodated on the first surface (2). The invention further relates to a method for producing a semiconductor-based component having the following steps: - providing a glass substrate (1), - applying a semiconductor element (5) to the first surface (2) of the glass substrate. The invention further relates to a receptacle for a semiconductor-based component in which two electrical contact surfaces (13) are provided that may be connected in an electrically conductive manner to contact surfaces (7) of the semiconductor-based component.

摘要: The invention seeks to make uniform in a plane optical properties of optical members such as the distribution properties of light transmission of a color filter, the color display properties of a liquid crystal device, and the light emission properties of an EL luminescent plane. During main scanning of color filter formation areas (11) of a board (12) in the X direction with an ink jet head (22) having a nozzle row (28) composed of a plurality of nozzles (27) arranged in a row, a filter material is selectively discharged from the plurality of the nozzles (27) to each of filer element areas (7) arranged in a dot matrix to form filter elements (3), producing a color filter. First, the nozzle row (28) is moved to positions "a" and "b" by main scanning in the X direction to improve wettability of the surface of the areas (11), and then main scanning is executed at each of the positions while successively moving the nozzle row (28) to positions "c" through "k" by sub-scanning, thereby repeatedly discharging ink in the same portion of the areas (11).

摘要: A medical implant for injecting into the vascular system of animals comprises a device less than 500um in size carrying signal processing for providing an output in response to an input signal. The input may be acoustic, electromagnetic, temperature pH value, or chemical. The output may be acoustic, electromagnetic, or chemical. Large numbers e.g. 10" of the implant devices may be mixed into a saline solution and injected into a blood vessel where they are carried round the vascular system.
