摘要: Disclosed is an antibody and use thereof. The antibody or antigen binding fragment includes CDR sequences selected from at least one of heavy-chain variable region CDR sequences: SEQ ID NOs: 1-3; and light-chain variable region CDR sequences: SEQ ID NOs: 4-6. The antibody prepared by the present disclosure can effectively bind to the α3 domain of MICA or MICB, and further, promote the binding of NKG2D to MICA and/or MICB, and can effectively treat or prevent related diseases mediated by MICA and/or MICB, such as promoting the killing of tumors by NK cell.

摘要: The present invention provides a novel antithrombotic antibody, the antibody uses FIXa as a target and has unique properties, and specifically targets the binding site of coagulation factor FIXa and FVIIIa, reduces the formation of a FVIIa-FIXa complex, blocks the conversion of FX to FXa, and thereby exerts an antithrombotic effect. The antibody of the present invention has suitable antithrombotic properties, and has a large effective therapeutic concentration window, but does not increase the risk of bleeding in addition, the antibody can meet the needs for suitable antithrombotic performance in clinical application and for effective avoidance of problems regarding bleeding caused by excessive effects. The present invention also discloses a method for screening drugs by using an FIXa-FVIIIa binding site as a target.

摘要: Disclosed is an anti-norovirus antibody that reacts with noroviruses of many genotypes and can collectively detect the noroviruses. The anti-norovirus antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof undergoes antigen-antibody reaction with the peptides composed of the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2, respectively. The anti-norovirus antibody, which can broadly bind to noroviruses and detect a wide range of human noroviruses with high specificity and sensitivity, and a norovirus immunoassay and a norovirus immunoassay device, both using the anti-norovirus antibody, are provided.

An anti-CLDN4/anti-CD137 bispecific antibody produced using an anti-CLDN4 antibody binding to CLDN4 and an anti-CD 137 antibody binding to CD137 had agonistic activity for CD 137, promoted production of interferon y by a T cell, and exhibited cytotoxic activity against a cancer cell expressing CLDN4 on a cell surface thereof. Besides, it was shown that the anti-CLDN4/anti-CD137 bispecific antibody can be safely administered to monkeys. Therefore, the anti-CLDN4/anti-CD137 bispecific antibody is usable in treatment of human cancer.-
