Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schneidkopfes umfasst zunächst einen Schritt zur Bereitstellung einer Gussform (01) zum Gießen eines Schneidkopfkerns (07) mit mehreren Meißelhaltern (08). In einem nächsten Schritt wird die Gussform (01) mit einem Gusswerkstoff ausgegossen. Anschließend kommt es zu einem Erstarren des Gusswerkstoffes, sodass ein festes Gusswerkstück (02) ausgebildet wird. Dieses Gusswerkstück (02) bildet den Schneidkopfkern (07) mit den Meißelhaltern (08) aus. Der Schneidkopfkern (07) und die gegossenen Meißelhalter (08) sind somit durch ein einziges Gusswerkstück (02) gebildet. Schließlich erfolgt ein Entformen des Gusswerkstückes (02), bei welchem die Gussform (01) vom Gusswerkstück (02) entfernt wird.

In a preferred and advantageous embodiment, the dimensions of the sinking machine (1) are small in comparison with the cutting forces and the requisite restoring forces of the cutting device (17).
