    摘要: Apparatus for monitoring application of air through a dual-stage blowhead (18) to blow mold a container includes a first solenoid valve (32) for applying final blow air through a blowhead to a container in a mold (12, 14) and a second solenoid valve (34) for applying finish cooling air through the blowhead around the finish of the container in the mold. Electronic circuitry (36) is coupled to the first and second solenoid valves for detecting timing of application of first and second electrical valve control signals to the valves. Air pressure sensors (40, 42) are operatively coupled to the first and second solenoid valves for generating associated electrical signals indicative of timing of application of air by the first and second solenoid valves to the blowhead. Electronic compare logic (38) is responsive to the timing of the valve control signals relative to the sensor signals for indicating operating condition of the valve, preferably by comparing timing of the valve control signals to timing of the sensor signals to indicate malfunction or potential malfunction at the valves.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for sorting fluorescent lamps according to their luminescent mixtures which lamps have a cylindrical lamp body (1) with a right and a left end and with a symbol imprinted thereon. The fluorescent lamps are fed to an inspection station (10) which comprises stop devices (11, 12) defining an inspection surface (13) which the respective lamp body (1) to be examined contacts. A camera (21) with an image processing system (30) linked thereto is positioned in the direction of the symbol imprint of the respective lamp body (1) to be examined. A turning device (15, 16) in the inspection station (10) is used to turn the respective lamp body (1) to be examined. The camera (21) transmits pixel signals to the image processing system (30) which recovers image data from the pixel data. The image processing system (30) contains image memories with data for recorded symbols and an image comparative device which correlates the image data with the recorded symbol data. The respective fluorescent tube is withdrawn from the inspection station (10) and directed to one of several sorting paths via a distribution system (25).
