Abstract:
A storage-stable dust-free homogeneous particle formulation, consisting of: (a) at least one water-soluble Vitamin E-derivative, (b) at least one hydrophilic polymer, (c) optionally additional surface-active substances, and (d) optionally additional pharmaceutical additives, with the proviso, that the sum of (a), (b), (c) and (d) equals 100 % by weight of the formulation, and wherein the fines fraction with particle diameters of less than 100μηη is less than 10 % by weight.
Abstract:
The invention relates to pharmaceutical coatings obtained from coating means based on film-forming copolymers made of N, N-diethylaminoethyl methacrylate and methyl methacrylate in a weight ratio of monomers from 35:65 to 55:45, wherein the copolymers are present partially neutralised with C 3 -C10 dicarboxylic acids.
Abstract:
The invention relates to branched polyesters with sulfonate groups. The polyesters can be obtained by reacting the components A, B, optionally C, and optionally D into branched polyesters, wherein the component A is selected from the group consisting of the α,β-olefinically unsaturated dicarboxylic acids, the component B is selected from the group consisting of the tri- or higher-functional alcohols, the optional component C is selected from the group consisting of the difunctional alcohols or the difunctional carboxylic acids without α,β-olefinically unsaturated bonds, and the optional component D is selected from fatty acids or fatty alcohols. The obtained branched polyesters are subsequently reacted with hydrogen sulfite, the molar quantity of hydrogen sulfite being at most 95 mol% with respect to the quantity of α,β-olefinically unsaturated dicarboxylic acid.
Abstract:
The invention relates to preparations of active agents not easily soluble in water, consisting of carrier particles having active agent-containing coatings, wherein the active agents not easily soluble in water are embedded in coatings made of amphiphilic copolymers and the coatings are applied in the form of a solvent-free melt.
