    摘要: The base end portion of a second arm (2) is swingably connected to the fore-end portion of a first arm (1). An engagement cut portion (46) is formed in the fore-end face of the first arm (1). A latch member (41) is provided to the base end portion of the second arm (2) movably to the length direction of the second arm (2), and the latch member (41) is urged toward the base end portion of the second arm (2) by a tension coil spring (45). An engagement shaft (43) is provided to the latch member (41). When the engagement shaft (43) fits in the engagement cut portion (46) through a roller (44), the first arm (1) and the second arm (2) are locked so as not to be swingable. A swing member (52) is swingably provided to the latch member (41) and is butted to the roller (44) by a tension coil spring (53). A contact face (52a) of the swing member (52) is butted to a circular arc face (48) formed on the fore-end portion of the first arm (1). This positions the latch member (41) at a release/hold position where the roller (44) is out of the engagement cut portion (46).
