Der Funktionsteil und die Hülse sind einstückig ausgebildet. Auf der Innenseite der Hülse sind Sicken oder Klauen dreh- oder rotationssymmetrisch angeformt. Die Innenseite der Hülse ist mit einer Befestigungsschicht zum Beispiel aus Korund-Pulver in Kunstharz versehen. An der Aussenseite der Hülse ist eine Sprengschnur angeordnet, deren Zündung eine formschlüssige Verbindung der Hülse mit dem Geschoss bewerkstelligt.

L'invention decrit aussi un procede dans lequel le revetement protecteur sur le tube metallique est remplace par toute une longueur d'une enveloppe tubulaire exterieure (21) pour augmenter le rendement thermique de l'element de refroidissement, le tube de refroidissement metallique interieur (20) subit une expansion explosive par une charge explosive (23) au voisinage de l'enveloppe tubulaire environnante (21) avant de couler une plaque ou bloc metallique (28) autour de la combinaison tubulaire (20, 21) pour reduire au minimum l'espace (22) entre la paroi exterieure du tube de refroidissement metallique (20) et la paroi interieure de l'enveloppe tubulaire metallique de protection (21). Apres coulage de la plaque ou bloc metallique, le tube de refroidissement metallique (20) est de nouveau expanse par explosion au voisinage de l'enveloppe tubulaire de protection (21) par une nouvelle charge explosive (23').

On obtient simultanément une diminution importante des tensions résiduelles dues au soudage, et une augmentation de la résistance à la corrosion du joint de soudure en faisant exploser la charge. Une charge additionnelle peut être associée à une charge de base pour assurer une propagation fiable de l'explosion dans la charge de base.

A method for generating an underliquid shock pressure comprises the steps of igniting a combustible mixture gas to form detonation waves, imploding the detonation waves in their advancing direction, propagating a pressure obtained by imploding the detonation waves to a liquid, and converting the pressure to an underliquid pressure which is applied to a workpiece. The pressure obtained by imploding the detonation waves may be applied directly to an elastic rubber body (G), thus converting the pressure to an underelastomer shock pressure, which is then applied to the workpiece via the elastic body. An apparatus for generating an underliquid shock pressure comprises a combustion chamber (1) whose cross-sectional area decreases from one end toward the other end of the chamber, an ignition chamber (4) to which fuel is fed and in which a spark plug (5) is positioned, a plurality of guidance paths (2) extending from the ignition chamber (4) and communicating with one end of the combustion chamber (1), each of the guidance paths (2) having substantially the same length, and a pressure medium chamber (12) connected to an opening of the other end of the combusiton chamber (1) having the smallest cross-sectional area. The pressure at the smallest cross-sectional area end of the combustion chamber (1) is applied to a liquid to convert the pressure into underliquid shock pressure, which is then applied to a workpiece either directly or via an elastic body interposed between the liquid and the workpiece.
