Dabei ist der Pumpenmotor (M) als polumschaltbarer Motor ausgeführt und mit einer Steuerung (STR) verbunden, welche zur Polumschaltung zwischen Entzunderungszeiten und Entzunderungspausen eingerichtet ist. Auf diese Weise erreicht man während einer Entzunderungspause eine erhebliche Energieeinsparung, indem die Drehzahl des Pumpenmotors (M) mittels Polumschaltung reduziert wird.
