摘要： An external valve operating means (51) that forms a seal (71) around the rotating valve stem (11) of a valve (3) operating under internal pressure is disclosed. This seal (71) prevents the escape of fluids should the valve's primary seals (29, 37) fail. The external valve operating means (51) allows for rotation of the valve stem (11) without removal or compromise of the seal. A stationary operating seal cap (53) is in threaded and sea led engagement with the valve body (5). Upon partial disengagement of the stationary operating seal cap (53), the pressure within the external valve operating means (51) is vented. An external valve stem drive (63) protrudes through the top of the stationary operating seal cap (53). An O-ring (71) forms a seal between the two. The bottom of the external stem drive (63) mates with the rotating valve stem (11) while the top of the external stem drive (77) is shaped so as to allow gripping by a tool. Rotation of the external stem drive (77) via the tool effects rotation of the valve stem (11) while the seal (71) surrounding it is maintained.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a screen frame (214), which is capable of producing clear three-dimensional video images with a simple structure. The screen frame (214) is provided with a frame structure which is like a frame having a window space (216) enclosing a screen (212) at a prescribed distance from the screen (212); the window space (216) is smaller than the screen (212) so that no other part than the screen (212) can be seen through the window space in a prescribed range of viewing angle. When the screen frame (214) is used, the viewer views the screen (212) as if he or she were watching an outdoor scene through the real window and felt a visual depth in the scene. Further, the video images on the screen can be clear by removing influence of peripheral light.

When the maximum effect capacity of the oil chamber (3) of the pump (20) is greater than or equal to that of the inner oil chamber (41) of the piston rod (4), a single touch of the pump (20) can raise the hydraulic jack to a required loading position under no load or light load conditions.

摘要： A fresh air heating unit has a casing (2) containing a stale air flow path (25) and a fresh air flow path (14). Combusted gas products from a gas burner (29) are mixed with the fresh air to heat it to a desired temperature before it is discharged into an enclosure. The two paths extend through a heat exchanger (15) and the rate of flow of stale air driven by a fan (26) through the casing is substantially equal to the rate of flow of fresh air driven through the casing by a second fan (21). As the rate of flow of fresh air from the casing into an enclosure is substantially matched by the rate of flow of stale air from the enclosure, and heat is transferred between the two air flows by the heat exchanger (15), a total replacement of air in the enclosure at a relatively high rate can be sustained in an economically viable manner. The level of noxious combustion products in the enclosure and produced by the gas burner (29) can thus be kept beneath that regarded as harmful by health authorities.
