摘要: The present invention provides a data processing method, a node, a structure, and an apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by an aggregation node, a first non-access stratum message sent by user equipment UE, where the aggregation node includes at least two types of interfaces, and each type of interface is used to receive a first non-access stratum message of one radio access technology RAT type; converting, by the aggregation node, the first non-access stratum message into a non-access stratum message in a first format based on a RAT type of the first non-access stratum message, where the first format is a non-access stratum message transmission format supported between the aggregation node and a core-network control plane entity; and sending, by the aggregation node, the non-access stratum message in the first format to the core-network control plane entity. A sink design of the aggregation node saves sending and receiving resources of a core network and improves packet forwarding efficiency.

摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a message transmission method, a device, and a system. The method includes: sending an RRC downlink message; preallocating and sending, within a time range of an RRC procedure delay of the RRC downlink message, an uplink grant of an RRC uplink response message corresponding to the RRC downlink message; and receiving, on an uplink resource indicated by the uplink grant, the RRC uplink response message sent by UE from an RRC layer. According to the message transmission method, the device, and the system in the embodiments of this application, a delay generated between receiving the RRC downlink message and feeding back the RRC uplink response message by the UE can be reduced, so that a control plane delay can meet a shorter delay requirement.

The method provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: establishing, by a macro base station, a Radio Resource Control RRC connection with a user equipment UE; receiving, by a small cell (small cell), a configuration message sent, through a wired or wireless interface, by the macro base station; and establishing, by the small cell, a user plane connection between the small cell and the UE based on the RRC connection and the configuration message, and establishing a data bearer with the UE on the user plane connection.

摘要: A network terminal device communication method is provided, to resolve a problem that power of a wireless terminal device and a wireless air interface resource are wasted in service transmission. After the wireless terminal device establishes an RRC connection to a base station, a control plane connection to an MME, and a user plane bearer with a P-GW, the base station determines that a network terminal device uses a user plane bearer that is between the base station and the P-GW and that is established by the wireless terminal device to transmit user plane data of the network terminal device. In this way, the base station releases an air interface connection between the wireless terminal device and the base station in time, or the wireless terminal device enters a power saving state.
