摘要: An open roof construction for a vehicle is provided, comprising a roof opening (1) in a stationary roof part (2), a movable panel (3) for opening and closing said roof opening and two panel operating assemblies (4) positioned at two opposite longitudinal sides of the roof opening. As seen in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the panel operating assemblies (4) have a varying width in the transverse direction of the vehicle. In one embodiment the width of the panel operating assemblies varies in a gradual and/or step-wise fashion. In another embodiment the width of the panel operating assemblies decreases in a forward and/or backward direction of the vehicle.

摘要: A roof system for a vehicle, having a roof opening (1) in a roof part (2) thereof, comprises a closure (3) which is movable between a closed position and an open position. A stationary guide rail (13) at each longitudinal side of said roof opening is configured to slidably guide an operating mechanism that operates the closure in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The operating mechanism comprises a first device (5) configured to move a rear edge of the closure towards a raised position relative to the closed position and rearwardly above the adjoining roof part and a second device (6) including a lever (7) configured to move a front edge of the closure in a horizontal and vertical direction. A guiding slide (14) is slidably accommodated in the guide rail and operably coupled to the first device and the second device so as to move the closure both in vertical and in horizontal directions through the first and second devices. The lever of the second device has a pivotal connection (9) to the closure and, remote from the pivotal connection, a sliding connection to the guiding slide by means of a first guide member (10) and at least a further sliding connection to a first stationary guide curve (12) by means of a second guide member (11) during at least a part of the movement of the closure. A third guide member (22) on the lever of the second device is arranged at a position forwardly of the pivotal connection (9) to the closure (3) and engages a second stationary guide curve (23) at least during a part of the movement of the closure.

摘要: An open roof construction for a vehicle comprises a roof opening in a stationary roof part and a seal extending along the roof opening and a panel movable between a closing and opening position for closing and opening, respectively, said roof opening. The panel comprises a first panel part which both in the closing and opening positions is positioned inside the seal, as seen in a top plan view, as well as a second panel part which both in the closing and opening positions is positioned outside the seal. The panel further comprises front and rear mechanisms for causing its movement, of which at least one mechanism is provided at the first panel part, wherein the open roof construction further comprises a movable element positioned outside the seal and having a drive mechanism. The second panel part is provided with at least one drive member which is operatively coupled to the drive mechanism of the movable element. The movable element may comprise a wind deflector.

摘要: There is disclosed a roof system for a vehicle having a roof opening (1) in a roof part (2,2'). An operating mechanism comprises a first device (5) including a lever (16) and a second device (6) including a lever (7) for moving the front and rear edge of a closure towards a raised position. At least one of the levers (7;16) has, at a first end, a first pivotal connection (9;18) to the closure, and, remote from the first end, spaced second and third connections (8,10;17,19) connecting the respective lever at least to a guiding slide (14). At least one of the levers (7;16) is pivotally connected to a sliding member (22) at one of said second and third connections (8,10;17,19). The sliding member (22) is separate from the guiding slide (14) and is supported by a guide rail in directions perpendicularly to the longitudinal sliding direction.
