    摘要: A cooled combustor seal having a plurality of channels enabling cooling air to pass from outside of a combustion chamber to cool an area inside the combustion chamber around the seal is disclosed. The channels may be provided through a slider, a housing, and/or a washer of the combustor seal. One set of channels or multiple of sets of channels may be provided in the combustor seal. Each of these sets of channels may be in the slider, housing, or washer. The cooled combustor seal may be used in conjunction with an igniter to purge a cavity between the seal and the igniter.

    摘要: A sealing arrangement (22) is provided at the interface between a combustor (11) and a turbine (12) of a gas turbine, whereby said turbine (12) comprises guiding vanes (14) at its inlet, which guiding vanes (14) are each mounted within said turbine (12) at their outer diameter by means of rear outer diameter vane hook (15) and are each at their inner diameter in sealing engagement by means of a front inner diameter vane tooth (23) with a honeycomb seal (24) arranged at the corresponding inner diameter part of the outlet of said combustor (11), whereby said rear outer diameter vane hook (15) allows a relative movement (16) of said guiding vane (14) in form of a rotation around said rear outer diameter vane hook (15).
    The sealing is improved by adapting said front inner diameter vane tooth (23) and the corresponding honeycomb seal (24) in their configuration to said rotating relative movement (16) of said guiding vane (14), such said the compression of said honeycomb seal (24) through transients of the gas turbine (10) is reduced.
