    摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for monitoring the rate of flow and measuring the total weight of material that is passing through a flow meter under continuous flow conditions by way of pressure on a sensing cap rather than impact or any other prior art methods. The method further includes determining the rate of flow of a material, particulate, slurry or liquid during conveyance with a sensing unit placed in the path of conveyance such that the flow is measured without a loss in capacity of the conveyance. Exemplary embodiments of the present invention typically contain a flow sensing unit, an integrator and software directed to the interpretation of the data received by the sensing unit and integrator.

    摘要: A measuring apparatus includes a measuring conveyor (1) measuring a weight of an article during transportation, a feed conveyor (2), a discharge conveyor (3), and a central conveyor extending in a transporting direction through the measuring conveyor. In a first transfer area where the article is transferred from the feed conveyor (2) to the measuring conveyor (1) and in a second transfer area where the article is transferred from the measuring conveyor (1) to the discharge conveyor (3), level portions of a transporting surface of the central conveyor are located at the same level as that of the measuring conveyor. In a measuring area where the measuring conveyor is located, the lower portion of the transporting surface of the central conveyor is shifted downward from that of the measuring conveyor. The measuring apparatus can stably transport the article, suppress vibrations during transfer to and from a measuring conveyor, and improve the measuring accuracy.
