Der vom Differenzdruckmessmodul (34) zum Zeitpunkt (t1) erfasste Differenzdruck (Δp) bildet ein Mass für den zu diesem Zeitpunkt (t1) aus dem Hydranten (9) ausfliessenden Volumenstrom (Q). Die vom Differenzdruckmessmodul (34) über die Zeitspanne (t) inkremental laufend erfassten Differenzdrücke (Δp) werden an einen Rechner übermittelt, mit dem das während der Zeitspanne (t) aus dem Hydranten (9) ausfliessende Wasservolumen (V) berechnet und protokolliert wird.

The center device (116) includes a gas heating value derivation unit configured to derive the heating value of the gas passing through the gas meter based on the sound velocity of the gas, which is derived by the sound velocity derivation unit of the gas meter, and on the gas characteristic identified by the gas characteristic identification unit of the gas production plant.
