    摘要: There is provided a technique which enables efficient and reliable collection of effectiveness information as to evaluation information for evaluation objects. An informant tourist (A) registers recommendation information of a tourist resort to an information broker (C) . The information broker (C) opens registered evaluation information to the public through the Internet. An information utilizing tourist (B) accesses to a web site of the information broker (C) and looks for his or her favorite store. The information utilizing tourist (B) finds evaluation information registered by the informant tourist (A) and goes to a tourist resort store (D) of its evaluation object. The information utilizing tourist (B) negotiates a deal about benefits with the tourist resort store (D). If the negotiation is concluded, the deal is concluded, and then, the information utilizing tourist (B) causes a display device of a cellular phone to display a screen for inputting a password of the tourist resort store (D) and prompts to input its password. The tourist resort store (D) inputs and sends its password to the information broker (C). This is not only a proof that the deal was concluded but also that a convincing proof that the deal was concluded based on the evaluation information of the informant tourist (A). Namely, it is a proof that the evaluation information of the informant tourist (A) is reliable and was utilized effectively. If the deal is concluded, the tourist resort store (D) pays a commission to the information broker (C). The information broker (C) gives points to the informant tourist (A) and the information utilizing tourist (B).

Rebates are conveyed to the consumer by communication from the advertisement information provider to a customer's chip card via a multiplicity of possible channels including: a personal computer, a portable chip card reader, a point-of-sale (POS) terminal, a handheld device, a home or business telephone, a vending machine, a cellular phone, a pager, a mass transporation payment station, a television and/or television set-top box, or an automated teller machine (ATM). Rather than giving a discount at the point of sale, a rebate in the form of electronic money is stored in chip card memory. The method and system also include tracking and storing integrated relational information regarding advertisement information, products, and customer's buying habits with respect to those products for which rebates have been given. Determination of which particular advertisement information and rebates to store onto the card may be based on customer information available to the providers of the advertisement information. The chip card may or may not incorporate an electronic display for showing the advertisement information directly on the card.

Complete control of a vending machine's functionality including usage, control, diagnostics, inventory, and marketing data capture can be effectuated locally or by remote connection to the network. The transaction information includes, for example, a plurality of unique transaction numbers (30) in ascending order, and identifying the omitted transaction information involves identifying one or more transaction numbers in the stored transaction information that is greater than any transaction number stored in the loyalty program information.
