It is provided that the orifice (6) is made of a flexible and/or compressible material at least in a passage area that can affect the open cross-sectional area (7), wherein when the pressure at the orifice (6) rises, said material changes the shape thereof in such a way that the open cross-sectional area (7) changes.

摘要: An internal gear fluidic machine (1), in particular a pump for the lubrication circuit of a motor vehicle engine, comprises a member (13) for regulating the flow rate depending on the fluid pressure conditions in a fluidic circuit in which the machine (1) is connected. The regulating member (13) is axially slidable, without rotating, in a seat (12) formed in the body (10) of the machine (1) and has a first surface (18) for pressure application, which is permanently exposed to said pressure conditions and is arranged, when a threshold is exceeded, to cause a sliding of the regulating member (13) in order to create a fluid recirculation path through the machine (1). A method of regulating the flow rate of a fluidic machine and a combined pump (1, 100) for the automotive field, using the machine (1) as a pump for the lubrication circuit, are also provided.

The recess 4 is formed at a position that is closer to the relief inflow portion 2 side than to the oil discharge portion 5, the axial length of the recess 4 is larger than the axial length of the first large-diameter portion 61 of the relief valve 6, and the shortest axial distance between the recess and the relief hole is less than the axial length of the small-diameter portion 63.

摘要: A variable displacement type gear pump has gear chambers, one of which is a specific gear chamber. A suction passage (35,36,37) is formed in the housing so as to communicate with suction-side spaces (31,33). An outlet passage (41) communicates with discharge-side spaces (32,34). A return passage (50) returns the fluid discharged to the discharge-side space of the specific gear chamber to the suction passage. An opening and closing valve (51) opens the return passage in a small displacement operational state. 摘要: An engine pre-lubrication pump includes a pump housing (13) with a pump cavity (14) in which a first gear (18) and a second gear (19) are positioned for pumping fluid. The first gear (18) is operably and sealably connected to a motor shaft (16) for rotation and the second gear (19) is rotatably mounted to a second shaft (17) for geared rotation with the first gear (18). Fluid inlet port (21) and outlet port (22) are located in communication with the pump cavity (14) and adapted respectively for connection with a source of fluid and a discharge means and an internal vent 50 is positioned in between the armature shaft (16) or bore and the pump housing (13) along the inlet port (21). Alternatively, a valve means (30) is positioned between the inlet (21) and outlet (22) ports to selectively permit fluid pumped between the inlet (21) and outlet (22) ports to pass through it when the outlet port (22) is flow restricted.
