    摘要： A method of authorizing access to or other use of a piece of electronic content is disclosed, for use in a digital rights management system comprising a digital rights management engine including a virtual machine. The method comprises receiving a request to access or otherwise use the piece of electronic content, identifying a license associated with the piece of electronic content, the license comprising a control program and a content key, executing the control program using the virtual machine, obtaining an output from the virtual machine, the output indicating that the requested access or other use of the piece of electronic content is authorized as long as an obligation is met, determining that a host application is able to meet the obligation, and permitting the requested access or other use of the piece of electronic content to be made, while fulfilling the obligation, including using the content key to decrypt the piece of electronic content.

    摘要： The purpose of the current invention is to provide a bone strength diagnosing device and a bone strength diagnosing method capable of accurately diagnosing a bone strength of a bone. A longitudinal ultrasonic transducer and a transverse ultrasonic transducer radiate ultrasonic waves onto a bone front surface of a tibia from a predetermined angle to generate surface waves that propagate in the bone front surface in a longitudinal direction of the tibia and in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, respectively, and receive leaky waves leaking to the side of the soft tissues from the front surface waves. A speed-of-sound calculating module calculates speeds of sound of the surface waves in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction based on a difference between course lengths of the ultrasonic waves and a difference between propagation times. A first index calculating module calculates a first index by which a bone density is evaluated using the speed of sound of the surface wave in the transverse direction. A second index calculating module calculates a second index by which an orientation of the bone is evaluated using the speeds of sound of the surface waves in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction. A third index calculating module measures a cortical bone thickness and then calculates a third index by which a bone strength is evaluated. A bone diagnosing module uses at least one of the first index, second index, and third index to diagnose the bone strength.

In one embodiment, a packager packages content into fragments and generates a manifest including policies and metadata associated with the content. A downloader obtains the manifest, and uses it to obtain the content from one or more uploaders. For example, a downloader might forward a search request to one or more trackers, which, in turn, are operable to locate one or more uploaders that can meet the request, subject to any relevant policy limitations. The uploaders forward fragments to the downloader, subject to any relevant policy. The downloader assembles the content from the fragments. The operations and interactions of the entities can be subject to policy limitations associated with the fragments, the content as a whole, or the like.
