The essence of presented invention is in device for dispensing of paper towels and/or other paper products comprises recyclable packaging (container) (1) which contains paper towels and/or other paper products. This packaging which can be used for both dispensing of and marketing of paper towels and/or other paper products and can be connected onto wall or other appropriate foundation with a help of a holder (7). An advantage is in having the holder glued to smooth wall hence no permanent damage to the foundation is caused by connection of the holder to the wall or other foundation.

A method and apparatus for audio program broadcasting using musical instrument digital interface (MIDI) data broadcast over FM or AM radio frequencies or over VHF and UHF television frequencies, as well as other electromagnetic frequencies (757). A broadcast signal is encoded with MIDI data commands which control and operate a sound generator which itself creates the music, lyrics, and speech (rather than the broadcast signal itself actually conveying the audio signal waveforms). This facilitates broadcasting one or several audio programs, in one or more languages (764). Moreover, the MIDI data rates are very low, thereby making the broadcast signals relatively immune to multipath corruption. The broadcast MIDI data is received and divided into accumulator periods, and each MIDI datum is tagged to indicate a relative time within its corresponding accumulator period at which said MIDI data command is positioned.

A fibre optic sensor system provides sufficient thermal information to determine the mass flow rates of produced fluids within a well bore, using an optical fibre placed within or adjacent to the well bore without interference with production or prejudicing the integrity of the well. Mass flow rates of fluid in a conduit (20) located in a heat sink differing in temperature from the fluid are determined by obtaining a distributed temperature profile (32) of fluid flowing along a length of conduit (15) by means of optical data obtained from a length of optical fibre in thermal contact therewith, obtaining a profile of the heat sink temperature external to the conduit, and deriving mass flow rates of fluids in the conduit from the said profiles and from measured thermal transfer parameters. Corresponding apparatus comprises a length of optical fibre in thermal contact with the fluid, means (22) for obtaining a distributed temperature profile of fluid flowing along a length of conduit by means of optical data obtained from said length of optical fibre, and means for deriving mass flow rates of fluids in the conduit from the said profiles and from measured thermal transfer parameters.

A system for individual local ventilation uses a rotating regenerator (heat exchanger) (1) for heat recovery from used air. The system works continuously and is fixed in an outer wall or ceiling. In addition to the normal fresh air flow (I) and used air flow (II), there is also provided a countercondesation air flow (III) which warms up the regenerator (1) to prevent condensing moisture blocking the regenerator (1). The system also allows for partial or complete backdraft operation by controlling the rate of rotation of regenerator (1). Two fan and three fan embodiments are provided.

An organizer liner (10, 10') is provided for use in a vehicle cargo compartment. The liner has a flexible bottom (15) conforming generally to the shape of the cargo compartment floor, and preferably one or more of rear, side and front rigid elements (20, 30), preferably at least some of which generally conform to walls of the cargo compartment. The rigid elements preferably comprise storage means such as cup holders, trays, bins, insulated coolers, soda or water/milk jug holders, storage boxes with or without lids, or storage wells. Optional partition dividers (50, 60, 60', 60'', 70) may be provided. The dividers include at least one long reinforced divider (50, 70) between opposite walls of the liner, and optionally at least one short divider (60, 60', 60'') between the long divider and a wall of the liner, or between two long dividers.
