    摘要: A fluororubber base sealant composition comprising 100 pts.wt of fluororubber, the fluororubber being a copolymer composed of 20 to 23 mol% of perfluoromethyl vinyl ether, 60 to 70 mol% of vinylidene fluoride, 10 to 20 mol% of ethylene tetrafluoride and 0 to 10 mol% of propylene hexafluoride (the sum of these: 100 mol%) together with a brominated and/or iodized unsaturated fluorohydrocarbon for crosslinking sites; 2 to 50 pts.wt. of bituminous fine powder; 0.5 to 6 pts.wt. of organic peroxide; and 1 to 10 pts.wt. of polyfunctional monomer. There is further provided a sealant obtained by vulcanizing this composition. This sealant excels in heat resistance, cold resistance and fuel oil resistance.

    摘要: In a gasket for sealing a gap between a throttle body and an intake manifold that are assembled obliquely to each other, sealing performance is stabilized by preventing the gasket from falling or being caught. A gasket (1) with a substantially pentagonal cross-section is set in an installation groove (21) before a throttle body (20) and an intake manifold (30) are assembled. The gasket (1) is then brought to be in contact only with a close-contact surface (31) of the intake manifold, to which surface, with a throttle body (20) assembled to an intake manifold (30), the gasket (1) in the installation groove is in close contact. After that the throttle body (20) is assembled to the intake manifold (30) by making the gasket (1) to be in sliding contact with the close-contact surface (31).

    摘要: A water-based vulcanizable adhesive composition which comprises: a phenolic resin emulsion prepared from a methyl ethyl ketone solution of a water-insoluble phenolic resin and an aqueous solution of a water-soluble polymeric material; and a hardener for phenolic resins. This water-based vulcanizable adhesive composition contains methyl ethyl ketone, which is partially miscible with water, in place of an organic solvent completely miscible with water, and the methyl ethyl ketone is used in a significantly reduced amount. The water-soluble polymeric material may be PVA, preferably PVA modified with acetoacetyl groups. This water-based vulcanizable adhesive composition is suitable for use in the bonding with vulcanization of a metal to a (hydrogenated) NBR or acrylic rubber.

    摘要: A polymetaphenylene isophthalamide porous hollow fiber membrane is produced by extruding a film-forming solution comprising polymetaphenylene isophthalamide, polyvinylpyrrolidone and an inorganic salt through a concentric double annular spinning nozzle while keeping the film-forming solution at 70 DEG C or higher, thereby conducting dry-and-wet spinning, followed by moisture retention treatment, where it is preferable to subject the resulting porous hollow fiber membrane obtained by dry-and-wet spinning to heat treatment in water at 80 DEG C or higher before the moisture retention treatment. The polymetaphenylene isophthalamide porous hollow fiber membrane resulting from wet heat treatment under wet heat conditions at the temperature of 100 DEG C and the humidity of 80% for 1,000 hours or more has a strength at break of 10MPa or more and a elongation at break of 80% or more, where the elongation at break can keep at least 80% as high as that before the wet heat treatment, and also has distinguished resistance to moisture and heat and humidifying performance, so that the membrane can be used as an effective humidifying membrane for polymer electrolyte fuel cells, etc.
