    摘要: The invention concerns a bearing assembly comprising an inner ring, an outer ring and rolling elements, the inner ring and outer ring being rotatably coupled by means of the rolling elements. The rolling elements are disposed on opposing raceways within a bearing cavity and are retained in a cage. The bearing is provided with a lubricant and further comprises at least one sealing element, mounted in an annular gap between the inner and outer ring. To prevent the lubricant adhering to predetermined surfaces within the bearing cavity which do not require lubrication, at least one of these predetermined surfaces is provided with an oleophobic coating. One advantage of the invention is that the lubricant ages less quickly, leading to improved bearing service life.

    摘要: A bearing apparatus including a rolling bearing having an outer race (11), an inner race (12) and a rolling member (13) disposed between two races, and a thermal sensor (TS) measuring an internal temperature of the rolling bearing. Wiring from the thermal sensor extends to outside via a through-hole (11d) formed in a component of the bearing apparatus, and hence the thermal sensor can be disposed in a desired position with excellent flexibility of wiring extension, and can measure a temperature in the desired position of the bearing. The thermal sensor, which can be constructed thin in a small size having the flexibility, can be therefore incorporated in whatever portion of the bearing and can improve a characteristic of detecting an abnormal temperature with a high response of the temperature detection.

    摘要: A bearing sealing device includes a sealing member having a sealing lip and a backing ring, and is adapted to be mounted in an outer and inner races rotating relative to each other on the bearing assembly for sealing it. The bearing sealing device provides improved sealing performance, and enhanced firmness to the bearing assembly. Such bearing sealing devices may be manufactured continously on the massive production system without requiring any finishing steps subsequent to the molding and press-punching steps.
    A method of manufacturing a bearing sealing device includes forming a backing blank (a1) from iron, forming two elastic sealing members (b1,b2) to different thickness and securing each of the two elastic sealing members (b1,b2) to each respective one of the opposite sides of the backing blank (a1), thereby forming a single integral unit, and using the press punch to punch the single integral unit so that the resulting shape includes a backing ring, an inner elastic ring (b2) having a relatively great thickness and located inside the backing ring (a1), and an outer elastic ring (b1) having a relatively small thickness, the inner elastic ring (b2) having a sealing lip (6) formed around the peripheral margin thereof and extending outwardly beyond the peripheral margin of the backing ring (a1).
