摘要: A dump truck (1) is provided with a ground fault detection device (22) that detects a ground fault detection voltage V0 as a difference between a detection voltage Vp between a positive electrode line (18A) of a DC bus (18) and a neutral point N and a detection voltage Vn between the neutral point N and a negative electrode line (18B) of the DC bus (18) and detects a ground fault based upon the ground fault detection voltage V0. The ground fault detection device (22) includes a DC component determining section (25) that extracts a DC component V Ldc from the ground fault detection voltage V0 and determines a ground fault based upon the DC component V Ldc , and a drive frequency component determining sections (26), (27) that extract drive frequency components V LiR , V LiL of the inverters (17R), (17L) from the ground fault detection voltage V0 and determine a ground fault based upon the drive frequency components V LiR , V LiL .

摘要: Provided is a work machine capable of regenerating a return hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic actuator while preventing a drag loss of a regeneration hydraulic motor and a hydraulic pump from increasing and preventing the regeneration efficiency of the regeneration hydraulic motor from decreasing. A controller 100 computes a required regeneration hydraulic motor revolution speed from a displacement of a regeneration hydraulic motor 13 and a regeneration flow rate of the regeneration hydraulic motor, computes a required first hydraulic pump revolution speed from a displacement of a first hydraulic pump 15 and a target assist flow rate of the first hydraulic pump, and selects a greater one of the required regeneration hydraulic motor revolution speed and the required first hydraulic pump revolution speed as a target revolution speed of an electric motor 14.

摘要: To provide a power regeneration system for a working vehicle that can effectively use a regenerative electric energy.
A first electric circuit for supplying an electric power generated by the first generator to a traveling motor, a voltage detector for detecting an actual voltage of the first electric circuit, a second electric circuit for supplying an electric power generated by a second generator to an auxiliary device, a step-down device connected to the first electric circuit and the second electric circuit, and a controller are provided. The controller estimates the voltage of the first electric circuit after a predetermined time has elapsed from the present time, based on information on a traveling state of a work vehicle and the actual voltage detected by the voltage detector, and outputs a drive command to the step-down devie when the estimated voltage is equal to or more than a threshold.-

摘要: It becomes possible to prevent deterioration of an electric storage device due to overdischarge of the electric storage device and engine stalling due to insufficient assist or disabled assist when a charge amount of the electric storage device falls, ensure that work is continuously conducted, suppress an operator from feeling discomfort in operation, and ensure favorable operability. A pump target output power computing section (21) computes present pump demanded power on the basis of work related information, limits the present pump demanded power in response to a degree of reduction of a state of charge of an electric storage device (12a) when the state of charge is lower than a preset threshold, and computes the limited present pump demanded power as present pump target output power. A pump flow rate limiting command value computing section (22) computes a pump flow rate limiting command value on the basis of the present pump target output power in such a manner that output power of a hydraulic pump (9) does not exceed the pump target output power.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a hydraulic drive system that effectively utilizes a hydraulic fluid accumulated in an accumulator to make it possible to achieve a substantial improvement in terms of efficiency for a work machine as a whole. A hydraulic drive system includes: a first hydraulic pump; a first hydraulic actuator driven by being supplied with a hydraulic fluid from the first hydraulic pump; a first line for supplying the hydraulic fluid from the first hydraulic pump to the first hydraulic actuator; a first pump flow adjustment device installed in the first line, the first pump flow adjustment device being configured to adjust; a first hydraulic accumulator for accumulating the hydraulic fluid delivered from the first hydraulic pump; and a first accumulation flow adjustment device configured to adjust the flow of the hydraulic fluid from the first hydraulic pump to the first hydraulic accumulator. The hydraulic drive system further comprises a first accumulation flow supply device configured to supply the hydraulic fluid accumulated in the first hydraulic accumulator to the first hydraulic actuator via a second line different from the first line.
